Brent J. was very impressive with the knowledge he shared about Champion Windows (not high pressure sales). I’ve never seen a window with so many features (frame interior insulation, heavy duty frames, lots of added weatherstripping, deep window sash locking, tip out window panels, super strong screens with memory (my husband loved this feature since all of our screens are bent and sun baked tabs broken). I need these windows now that I’ve seen what I’ve been missing.

I have experience with 2 Champion dealers, one in Indianapolis and one in Louisville. I would recommend the one in Indy I would not recommend the one in Louisville. We had several mistakes and delays dealing with the Louisville group, that lead us to a lengthy install. The windows are good but despite several measurements the custom windows seamed like standard windows with excessive gaps (1 inch or more) around the frames that should have been tighter instead of just filling with foam to seal up. We financed the windows, and I know they can't control the finance company but they are a nightmare to deal with.

Champion did a great job with replacing our siding. They were quick and professional and communicated with us at every stage. Highly recommend!

Installation team was thorough and got right to work. We were shown how the windows worked for cleaning. Could tell immediately how much more energy efficient the windows are.

From start to finish it was great. Our salesman was great and very knowledgeable with the product. Our installer was also great. Work from the time he got here till he left. Did an excellent job of installing the windows and cleaned everything up. He showed us how to use the windows. He was friendly and on time. Would recommend your company for sure

Customer services over was not good
1st: the sales persons was fine, the fist contractor crew was fine & also the second one was fine. 2nd the communication when trying to get stuff schedule also taking there time to get back out to replace the damage first window. It has been since March when we go the first one installed and just finally got the replacement install Sunday

I had a special shaped window that needed to be replaced. I called champion and a few other window companies. Champion was the company that responded first. I scheduled my appointment and got everything looked at and measured. The window took a little over 5 weeks to come in. I scheduled installation. Once the installation team came they were very thorough and got everything done in a timely manner. Once everything was done I got to look over the work and everything turned out great.

Five stars above and beyond service. They take you through the whole process, price, materials, labor and completion date. They take the stress, worry, and headache out of the equation. You'll get honest prices and honest quality service that'll improve your electric bill and give your home a brand new makeover. Fantastic absolutley recommend.

My newly installed patio door was a bit sluggish, my sliding screen door wouldn't open all the way. I called champion, they sent nathan a few days later. He quickly fixed both, my sliding screen door was off the track, he got it back on. I am very happy with champions service at my house. he was kind, had a sense of humor & very knowledgeable on what to do.

Jason fixed the window in the blink of an eye. He called ahead to let me know he was on the way and then arrived when he said he would. He was extremely polite, too.

The whole experience went well from sales to installation. Sales worked with me on pricing and the installation team did top quality work.

The customer representatives that came to my house today were absolutely magnificent. They explained everything about the windows I had asked to see. They were very professional and patient to me and my wife. Instead of being hard salespeople they very friendly. I really enjoyed them.
