Stuck in awaiting deposits for 3 hours now.
Already contacted support. Still no answer.
UPDATE FEB 18:
Customer support want to be sure that it´s not an illegal transaction, the request case is #40197
In the KYC/AML procedure section of the site says that in 24 hours they proceed with the exchange of they refund the coins, in my case it's been 3 days and counting. It´s not even a big amount.
Please complete the swap or send me back by BCH coins.
ps. I have nothing to do with El Chapo

The funds are completely legal, "suspected" it's not a fact. I have already provided all the documents customer support asked me for.
Give me back my coins.

Great Service, Even Better With ETC!
This long time service running for years has always held up strong. The lack in kyc/aml is definitely a plus when using his P2P exchange as some cypher punks would have. A bit of a draw back with no ETC support.
