Great service from Chards.
Great service from Chard's and definitely the best price's out there, looking forward to my next purchase! The only problem I had was the delivery Royal mail completely messed up the delivery which was supposed to be a special delivery as always with Royal mail it was special and stressful they are completely useless I know this is nothing to do with Chard's and it's not their fault but was wondering if there was an alternative delivery option I wouldn't even mind paying more as to not have to deal with Royal mail.

I had some issues with my Bank as I was…
I had some issues with my Bank as I was transferring a large amount of money over. This added stress to the situation but the guys from Chards help me through the process in a professional manor.
Due to my bank holding my funds I decided to reorder again, which I had to pay a spot price fee to Chards but even after this they still seemed to have the most reasonable premiums, still making the overall cheaper than any other UK bullion dealer.
If you are like me and your bank holds your transaction they will ask you a million questions about it and will put alot of doubt in your mind on if your doing the right thing and if your potentially getting scammed. But my dealings with Chards and their employees never gave me cause for concern and I will use them in the future. But I recommend making a small order first before making a large one.
