I went ahead and used Cheapticketsdeal instead of my usual method of booking .
As there are so many untrustworthy sites out there I was a little dubious as the ticket price was very reasonable.
After completing my booking it was followed up by Kevin Peterson who was very attentive and helpful.
I double checked my ticket and confirmed documents and they are all on the Delta website .
So everything is in order at a great price .

We booked international flights for a large group through CheapTicketsDeal, and our experience was absolutely excellent. I especially want to recognize David, who was truly one of the best travel agents I have ever dealt with.
From the start, David was incredibly patient, courteous, responsive, and hardworking. Organizing international flights for a large group is not simple, especially when prices are constantly changing, but David was willing to put in the time and effort to find us the best possible options.
At a time when we were being told by other travel agencies that prices had increased significantly and that there was basically nothing they could do, David kept looking. He continued to come back to us with better and lower rates, rather than simply accepting the higher prices we were being quoted elsewhere. His persistence saved us a significant amount of money.
What impressed me even more was that David didn't stop working for us once the tickets were booked. He continued following up and was actually able to arrange a free checked bag for every member of our group. That was an unexpected and very appreciated bonus!
Throughout the entire process, David was always pleasant, professional, patient, and willing to answer our questions. He genuinely went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of.
David is an outstanding agent, and we are extremely grateful for all the work he put into helping our group. I would absolutely recommend asking for David if you're booking through CheapTicketsDeal.
