What a great experience I had with cheetah cars. Everything was perfect the driver was friendly and welcoming great excellent time keeping turn up on time I would definitely recommend using cheetah cars again I would definitely be using cheetah cars again

On time, helpful driver, reasonable price.

On the night of September 9th–10th, my wife and I arrived at London Stansted Airport. Since English is not our first language and this was our first trip to the UK, we booked and prepaid for a transfer with Cheetah Cars in advance on September 6th, specifically selecting the 'Meet & Greet' option.

However, when we entered the arrival hall at the scheduled time, there was no driver waiting for us. We received no prior notifications, emails, or messages informing us of any issues. We were simply left standing in the terminal with our luggage, expecting the service we had already paid for.

After getting in touch with customer service and contacting the driver ourselves, we learned that he was experiencing parking difficulties and refused to come inside to meet us. Instead, he asked us to walk outside to 'Zone D'. We proceeded to the designated Zone D pickup area, where other taxi services were actively picking up passengers. To assist the driver in finding us, we sent photos of our exact location via WhatsApp and asked him to send a photo of his car or location so we could locate him. We received no clear or helpful response.

Ultimately, the driver flatly informed us that he would not be able to pick us up at all. In the middle of the night, we were forced to order another taxi service on the spot. So far, we have received no apology and no refund—only an automated email thanking us for using Cheetah Cars and asking for a review. Well, here is my feedback. Extremely unreliable service and total lack of customer care.

Very disappointing experience with Cheetah Cars. I specifically booked an executive car for an airport transfer from London to Brighton, but the vehicle that arrived was an electric Mercedes C-Class. In my view, this is not what should be presented to a customer as a luxury executive vehicle, particularly for a long-distance transfer.

The car also had limited luggage space, which made it even less suitable for an airport journey involving several suitcases and a relatively long drive.

What made the experience significantly worse was the customer service. When I called to raise the issue, rather than addressing the complaint professionally, I was literally asked, “Did you want a Rolls-Royce?” I found this response extremely rude and dismissive. Regardless of whether the company agrees with a customer’s complaint, there is no reason to speak to a paying client in such a sarcastic and disrespectful way.

My concern was never properly resolved, and the way the situation was handled was completely unacceptable. I would not use Cheetah Cars again and would strongly recommend looking elsewhere for an airport transfer, particularly if you are paying extra for an executive vehicle.

Very friendly cap driver, forgot his name but origin from Tanzania. Very helpfully, chargers for loading our phones. Even though we order last minute he came very quickly to drive us on time to the airport, to catch our plane. So very good service.

p.s. I saw your name back in my order. Thank you so much Mohamed also for the stop in between and helping to take my passport/money out off my suitcase. Went very quickly and took all the stress away. 😊
