Help in a small village in China

I was staying in a small village in China. As I was preparing to leave I discovered that all the trains except a few were totally booked. One train had 6 tickets left! The nearest train station was closed for the night, and I was afraid that if I had to wait until the next morning, all would be sold out. In desperation I tried China-DIY-travel. The site was easy to maneuver and I was able to order my tickets. Shortly I received a confirmation, and a few minutes later I received a personal email from ‘Helen’. She informed me that I had filled out the form incorrectly and if my name was not exactly as on my passport (last name first) they would not let me on the train. I corrected the mistake, then went through their easy payment system. With their system, the ticket will be waiting for me at any train station in China. Whew!
