Negative: Little expensive. Bottomless drink poor value unless you're extremely thirsty.
Positive: Very popular with my Uni attending daughter and friends. She took me along and I enjoyed it.
Combination box was a good start and spicy sauce lived up to its name.
Service was reasonably quick and customer service good.

Customer service is below zero at Beaconsfield. Ordered large noodles with 3 toppings plus many other items. It was so visually obvious that did not recieve all my toppings. When I told the the young girl serving who could not speak English, she accused me that I swapped the boxes, so I had to open and show the other boxes. The managers response was that do you want me to weigh it? No! I just want what I paid for! Cheating, scummy staff and manager. Happened previously so this time checked before leaving.

Food is good but, why was my fortune from my cookie just a 'leave a review', wtf? Where's my fortune at?

recently used chopstix butlin's, untrained very very slow staff in the speed of snail. after 40 minutes wait I demined to see the manger or supervisor. I was told he's not available. I could clearly see him in the back as earlier he was dealing with another issue. I asked the serving girl the reasons for such a slow service she replied she is pregnant. what a heck this to do with the service. staff works very slowly same person take the order and take the money also serving queue of 30 or 40 people some time. rude and unprofessional staff. when asked question they lough at you. I was served 08/09/26 at 2pm. my kids also could not eat the rise badly prepared.

VERY DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE
We arrived at 4:10pm and waited nearly 40 minutes just to be served.
The ordering machines were not working (ALL4) properly and drink machine was also out of order. Staff seemed untrained and unsure how to resolve issues – they clearly need more training on problem-solving and handling equipment faults.
We finally received our order around 5pm, but it was incomplete. Overall, slow service, technical problems and unhelpful staff made this a frustrating visit.

Great customer service 10/10! From Saivishwask, he went above and beyond with greeting me and giving more than I ordered as an extra.
Would recommend to anyone that’s passing through the services.

Tastes really fake, I went to the one in Hull and devastated it’s no longer wok and go! This is awful compared to them plus I had the soy-mazing chicken and beware, it is not veggie!!!! Not soy at all. It needs to read SOY SAUCE luckily I eat meat now and then but was a shock when I was eating it and I’ve since spoken to veggie and vegans and they’ve had the same issue. Please be careful! I wasn’t warned by staff as the other topping I picked was a veggie one

*also they mess up the order every time I ask for that sauce boost whatever never add it.

I have eaten at Chopstix on Gallowtree Gate in Leicester several times, but after my latest visit I will never eat there again.

The whole experience was dreadful from beginning to end. The restaurant was not particularly busy, yet the staff refused to take orders at the counter and insisted that customers use the new electronic ordering screens. The system was slow, confusing and difficult to use, with small pictures that made ordering unnecessarily frustrating. It completely ruined what should have been a simple customer experience.

During the time I was there, I personally saw at least three people walk out after being refused counter service because they could not be bothered to struggle with the ordering screen. Staff appeared unwilling to offer any alternative, even though the restaurant was quiet.

When the food eventually arrived, it was extremely poor. Around 75% of the meal appeared to be noodles and rice, both of which were tasteless and mushy. The meat choice also seemed very limited, with chicken appearing to be the only real option available. The food was so disappointing that most of it ended up in the bin.

This was a complete joke from beginning to end. I am requesting a full refund because the food was not of an acceptable standard and was largely inedible. I will also be sharing my experience on social media so that other customers are aware of the poor food, the refusal to provide counter service and the frustrating electronic ordering system.

Based on this visit, I would not recommend this branch.

Service was slow but friendly! HOWEVER! The beeg i got tasted like it had been out for ages and was kinda bad however the chickem was fab and so were the sides! There 7 up did NOT taste like it and was DISGUSTING!!!!! So im giving it a 3

I went to Cornwall chopstix, absolutely shocking!
We ordered two regular boxes of food, waited one hour and 10 minutes. They simply couldn't keep up with the orders!!
No apology, kept getting told 10 minutes wont be long. Untill finally they shut down the order stations so no more orders could be taken. After that I was number 48, order number 64 came out before mine! How? The staff clearly had no idea what they were doing it was frustrating to watch! They just kept looking at each other for support, clearly not had enough training! Finally got my food, no apology no customer service at all! Just kept getting told its the 1st day of opening. Will not be visiting chopstix again. Food was average not even worth the wait! Very disappointed.

Very poor. portion sizes are very small for the take away service. Got 15 spring rolls and they were 2 inch long and a centimeter wide with no filling and tasted like rubber.

Attended the Manchester Oxford road venue and was Served a terrible meal with water thin katsu sauce that just taste of nothing and ruined the food. When I complained to the company they just ignored me. I will not be returning

The server Pacey was extremely helpful and went well beyond to give me the excellent customer service and always being professional with a smile. They are lucky to have employees like him also the food was great .

Used to love Chopstix and frequent the visit to their establishment in Cardiff when I lived there so when they came to Hull, I was excited and at first, I was not disappointed. I became an easy regular but one week randomly ordering the same food for the same price, I received half the portion size. Chopstix has always been a little steep but I didn't mind because you got plenty of food with the portion control but suddenly it was near half. I tried them two more times and both times it was this half measure. It's clear this is just the way now. Their food tastes good but at those prices with this new reduced portion size? It's just not good enough. They've lost me as a regular and I hardly ever buy it any more. The fast food industry is far too competitive to be playing games being stingy with portion sizes.

No sweet and sour chicken anymore wtf is that all about. Its now vegan and not meat. Won't bother again and realy loved it before that
