Great overall
Satisfied! I ordered something very late at night and got the product ready for pick up at the store the next day around 08.00 AM. It was the last product available in Stockholm. Very quick service and the cashier was friendly too!
Small negative point : the product was not put in any bag, free from any protection and it was rainy day. Could have been good to have at least a paper bag for the price I paid (~3500sek).

Great store with a very wide assortment and decent quality of goods. Online descriptions and images of products are not always comprehensive, but there are a lot of physical stores around, so it's easy to get there and look in person if you'd like to. Easy return process if something didn't work. At times, they have club days with nice discounts for online orders.

Scamming their customers
The free shipping is a scam and the support was poor.
Could complete the order even though they did not have everything in stock. Order got delayed with 12 days(!!!) because of this, only to have them send me the order without the missing items without contacting me first. So it got delayed 12 days for nothing... And when they sent the order they removed the discount I had at the time I placed the order and charged my card more than they should have!!!
Overcharging their customer's cards is unacceptable. Reported them to both Klarna and Konsumentverket.
Worst customer experience ever.
