we paid for a product and recived it no problem one month later same amount taken from our account as a subscription we Neve signed up for could not cancel it on our so-called account had get the bank involved beware of this company and you can't talk to anyone

Wow! Usually whenever I buy stuff from a FB ad. I'm disappointed.
Not with Genie. The products are bl***y amazing. They really are as described by their creator.
The only thing I would slightly criticise is the scents aren't as good as I was expecting but still pleasant. Will never go back to the old cleaning products I used.

I ordered 'grease be gone' and room freshener (washing on the line) and love both. The grease be gone is brilliant, takes away grease that I didn't know was there! 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟

Had a small problem with my genie cleaning product but emailed them and it took longer to come but they sorted it all out thanks so much the floor cleaner was good the glass cleaner good grease cleaner good but did like the room perfume but all the rest where excellent thanks for your help

I don't understand this company. The woman running it is always on tiktok complaining. Does she expect sales from negative people.
Does the customers really need to see a box with sh*t in it?
Also, if you're complaining of tiktok returns, then take your products off the app until you have resolved the issue with tiktok
