Just got my Delivery from clean and shiny, what can l say 5☆☆☆☆☆ frist time lm using lake country heavy cut pads very impressed 👏 will 100% use them again.
I have now got my new employer in with them and are now going to use them in the future, A BIG THANK YOU to Tina in taking the order.

Superb customer service, fast shipping, competitive prices and a vide range of quality detailing products. I just keep coming back for more. :)

I am returning customer (no issues previously.) I ordered a wash pad and scrub pad, to replace a wash pad I dropped whilst washing my dad’s car. Ordered it price was competitive, despatched quickly but got an email from DPD saying that they can’t leave it in a safe place. I emailed customer service to ask if they could allow it to be left in a safe place not at a neighbours as I wasn’t going to be in to receive the parcel. I was told It’s policy because too many claims that parcels were not delivered and has been costing them too much (completely agree with them and it’s a shame that people are that dishonest). I do think this should be on their website as I feel a bit misled, if I knew I would have gone elsewhere.

The delivery from DPD was appalling. Didn’t arrive with my 1 hour window (can’t be changed) I received no update to state when it would be delivered. 2 hours later at 19:45 it was delivered, after I finished washing my car (I was hoping to use the wash pad) The driver just laughed, “it’s a bit late”. Not had a good experience which is a shame as they are very responsive.

I have been using clean and shiny for many years now to the point were they are my main supplier for my detailing and valeting company.
Clean and shiny offer and excellent range of valeting and detailing products and accessories.
Any time I have had to contact the company I have very helpful and extremely and knowledgeable of the product they stock.

Why have you put the 948ml plastic container in a large box and filled it with polystyrene, which I can’t recycle?

Going forward and to take a leaf out of Amazon, please avoid using polystyrene as padding and use bio-based or plastic free packaging.

Refreshingly AWESOME company to deal with.
Long story short, had a problem with my order - no fault of Clean and Shiny, rather DPD have either lost or destroyed the parcel, containing 16L of cleaning product.

Special mention to Tina, who was fantastic in getting my order delivered. Not only dealt with DPD on Friday, but was proactively on the case on Monday after the weekend before I had chance to get back in touch.

Courier lost the parcel.
Tina on the case.
Replacement order created on Monday.
Delivered in perfect condition on Tuesday.
Also, shipping costs refunded without me asking.

I feel it was worth me having a problem in order to find a company that deserves my business. Things don’t always go to plan, sometimes it is out of the suppliers control, which I understand.

Could not be happier. My new supplier.

Excellent service from clean and shiny I ordered at 3:05 in the afternoon and received my three items at 09:30 the following day! I did paid extra for next day delivery but even so that’s brilliant customer service the prices are about average for car products but the service is excellent keep up the good work guys 👍

Brilliant prices, all in stock. Free delivery and very fast and tracked too! Will use in future and be my go to for my detailing products! Also recommend by alot of people on social media and I can see why. Fantastic

I recently purchased detailing items from clean and shiny and im glad to say that the experience was 1st class. They guys kept me updated on my items and the delivery was very fast. The items arrived well packed and at good prices quite smoky the best I’ve come across and won’t be ordering from anywhere else in the future.

Amazing service. Ordered Thurs evening, shipped early Fri, arrived 8am Saturday.

Used clean and shiny for year whenever I need detailing goods. Recently got back into it and have placed a few orders again and been very happy with what I received and delivery as always. My latest order there was an issue with the delivery to another address which was not clean and shinys fault. I rang up and the customer service was fantastic, they have sorted out the issue right away and couldn’t have been better. Will 100% carry on using in the future, great to deal with.

Best in the business!! Huge selection of world-class detailing products with the added convenience of being able to stop by their drop-in store when I unexpectedly run out of something, need some new microfibres or just to get some expert advice on what to use for a particular detailing challenge.

Clean & Shiny have a HUGE range of items and product. Notably they stock a couple of my favourite brands Labocosmetica, P&S and The Rag Company. Not many companies stock these suppliers!

Delivered items are always well packaged, bottle caps taped and plastic packed to avoid any mishaps with spillage.
Email Communication is top notch and shipment dispatch and delivery is always on time!

The on-site store is fantastic, staff are very welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable.

Overall excellent experience, competitively priced and recommend them highly! All my car friends now use them!
