I don't think any words are strong enough to convey how much everyone should avoid this company and heating system.

Imagine the creator of a heating company selling you their 'heating show home' and it turning out to be the biggest regret of your life.

The only thing worse than this heating system is the number of statements that we now find to be false and misleading. We bought a house with the infrared clear 'heating' panels from the creator himself and cannot find one statement to be true that we were told, especially regarding this joke of a product.

- "Bills will be £60 average a month" - ours were £350 and we’d still be freezing

- "It heats the room fully" - we got damp and mould because it doesn't heat the fabric of the building - cue damp spots, black mould and mould lice (who even knew they were a thing)

- "It's efficient" - I’d cry myself to sleep because we were so unbelievably cold and have to get 6 oil filled radiators, w dehumidifier and a portable gas heater to make the room above 15 degrees

- "It's the future of heating" - fast forward one year, we ripped it out and had to spend £7,000 to get gas installed to the property and a full central heating system. Bills then dropped from £15 per day to £3-4 per day.

We feel entirely defrauded and mis-sold a house that may as well have absolutely no heating contained within it. Sickening that someone can make so much money off a defunct system.

It's deplorable and I don't know how company employees sleep at night, making their customer's lives worse. Thank God we are young and not an old couple who have fallen victim to this, I highly doubt they'd last the winter with this as a 'heating' source.

We sold it for peanuts. It's worthless and useless, might as well just have them as a whiteboard.. it will be more valuable. Even using an easy cook oven / a candle / a light bulb or warm wishes is going to be more effective at heating your house than this absolute joke of a system.

So disgraceful they had to change their name to Ambion. Costs of £500 plus to heat, not very well, small one bedroom accommodation. A con. Disgraceful costs a fortune. As someone else said. Snake-oil. People due because of the cold temperatures in their homes with this heating.

Just don't heat a house. Your bills will sky rocket and you'll be cold.

My housing association installed IR panels made by this company and now my winter heating costs are over £15 per day

This company managed to achieve something I did not believe possible, they made a heating system that is an order of magnitude more expensive than storage heaters with the added bonus that they don't heat the air meaning your house always feels cold and what little warmth does build up can be removed by the slightest draught

The House I bought had this system installed. Space I made contact with the company when I bought the house and they’re very helpful will give me lots of information about the system sending me information and happy to help. Until the hot water system leaked cause damage and since then they’ve tried to pass the blame onto me after numerous times of making contact and then sending out other people from supposes other departments to do investigations and research I’ve still not had any feedback. I gave up with this company and have now gone back to gas central heating do not use this company absolute waste of time and money and they don’t support you when things go wrong

I had this system installed 5 years ago. I found it to look great and gave off plenty of heat. Unfortunately it cost a fortune to run. We ended up monitoring all our energy bills closely and realized we couldn't afford it. I kept it for 5 years to enable me to establish some dater. It cost £8500 to be installed. I had to sell it on Ebay for £400. It also interfered with my Wi-Fi So they told me I needed a additional Modem which I later found they had overchared me. Don't get it. unless you have money to waste.

Had a problem with my shower Dale and Scott worked hard to sort it with care and took ownership of the problem.Fantastic service of the kind rarely found these days.I highly recommend Logicor

I saw this company through a Facebook advert and enquired by phone. The staff were very helpful and pointed me in the right directions to do my own research as quite frankly id never heard of infrared before. I liked what i found out - needed a new boiler anyway and the guarantee meant it wasnt really a risk at all. Fast forward 11 months and itsdone everything it said it would. House is warm, we dont run out of hot water, bills are cheaper and we’re using less electricity. We’re thinking about investing in some solar panels to make it even cheaper. Its a good product would really recommend if your thinking about getting a new boiler.

Five stars! My old heating doesn’t even come close to this. Its really easy to use and it’s instant and it’s so warm, not just the heating but the water too. The boiler is so small it takes up no room but gives hot water on demand and it doesn’t run out. I really like being able to use the app as well. I wouldn’t go back to old rads now.

Had our heaters for almost 3 years now and we absolutely adore them. Most of them are hidden behind pictures so you wouldn’t even know they are they. The type of heat you get is just what you need for this time of year and I can’t sing it’s praises more! Defo recommend switching over to the panels and the boiler if you can!

We heard about the heaters on the radio and enquired. We’ve since had them installed and are very happy with them and the results thereof. There were no hard sales involved, the quote and installation were easily organised. The system is very easy to use and very easy to maintain complete control of and, as advertised, our bills have such seen reductions. We have been very happy with dealings with the company from start to finish.

This heating thing is crazy! It’s so good... my girlfriend is always cold like she believes in her heart she should be living in Jamaica or something (slight temperature difference to Leeds) so she likes it because it’s quick and fires heat at you so you feel it more. And it’s all so simple even she can use it... we have timers and settings and different rooms have different temperatures and it tells you how much you’ve spent and all sorts it’s a really cool set, I don’t think I can describe it properly but they have a Facebook and whatever so ask them if this isn’t helpful. Oh and no one else has mentioned the app, the app is so good too! Thumbs up from us

We’ve had these heaters and the hot water boiler in our house for a few years now and just had them put into our house that we rent out. Really love it. Even thinking about the solar panels next.

we changed our heating to the clear heating system after I developed hypothyroidism due to many health ailments. infrared heating has been recommended to help a number of my symptoms and after coming to the end of my tether I took the plunge. I can honestly say that after a few months the benfits were undeniable. I have suffered with being cold to the bone even in summer and since having the system I no longer feel this when at home. the way it heats through rays means that I am being heated instead of the air in the room which meaning I can finally be comfortable and as im not cold my muscles and joints cease up less. lots of my symptoms have been improved but I wont bang on about them I suppose what everyone wants to know is if its effective and if its expensive... because of my condition my heating bills have always been slightly higher than average but they have gone down which is great. whats most important to me is that I invested in a new system to help me with my condition and its worked. the heating works, it heats the house well and we have control over where the heating is directed in terms of temps and times and its working for us in the ways that we wanted. its a good heating system that alternative to the normal heating method.

I have had the clear heater system and the inline hot water system in my home for approximately 17 months now, and i have been really impressed with difference in my bills and the performance of them. Ive never had infrared before, and to be honest id never really heard of it, but with the climate crisis (and a condemned heating system) i wanted to make a conscious decision to make better choices with my energy usage. I now use a little over a third less energy than i had in previous years. I was paying in the region of 1300 a year for my electricity for the few years prior to switching, and last year i paid about 840 for the year. I found being able to set temperatures for rooms individually to be a great way to save energy and that if i needed a quick boost of heat then the room would heat up far quicker than when using radiators and as others have pointed out, it is a different type of heat and the only way to describe it is that it feels warmer (im sorry, that cant sound helpful). Ive used the system for over a year now and im very pleased with them and im even looking into using the whole house sygem that offer and getting some solar panels with them. Very kind and down to earth customer relations I recommend the system and hope the solar panels are equally as good as the heating system.

This is the second time I’m posting this - for some reason Trustpilot deleted it the first time. I am Really happy with my heaters and hotwater system. The heaters are on the wall with the art covers and they have saved so much space in our little house - we can actually use the whole room without having to worry about not having the sofas in front of rads or anything. And our water is always hot now - after years of only having a small tank of hot water at a time this is such a big deal to us. We’re very happy with the heaters and the service - and the hot water system 😃

Logicor are an excellent company, I have their infrared heating and hot water systeminstalled in my house. I have had them about a year and half and can honestly say my energy bills have fallen since I first had them. I can highly reccomeend them and do to all my friends and family. They can’t believe how good they are when they come round. I have already inquired about the new solar panels they are offering as I believe they will be as good as the systems I currently have installed.

Absolutely brilliant piece of kit. We’ve had them in our home for 4 years, in our flat that we rent out for two years, and we’ve just helped our daughter get them for her home. Between the three homes, we’ve not had one problem and we’ve had much better bills and heating efficiency. We have the picture covers in our home - which are of very good quality and allow us to heat the home without having to see radiators all over the place and in the flat the heaters are just standard but up on the walls again to give what is quite a small home more room for things like furniture or just space. We love our heating system and so do our tenants, and of course our daughter is so impressed she’s now got one herself. Whenever we have people round and they ask about it I always give your number out as it’s just so good - I’m always recommending it. Thanks Grant
