I canceled my 12 month paid in advance subscription after 3 months.as I was not noticing any benefit, in fact my weight increased by 4kg instead of decreasing and my food intake of the not so good range increased as well as my binging.
I realise this is not for me.

The content is ok
The content is ok. I listen daily. No new content added often. As a perimenopausal women, I listen to a lot of the self confidence recordings but had to stop most of those because the therapists literally says “let your muscles sag” over and over. I don’t want my muscles to sag. That’s the last thing I want to be hypnotized to do. He says it in numerous audios, so I cringe each time I hear his voice rather than relax. There are great ones for ADHD as well but I’m neutral with my rating. I’ve been consistent for almost 2 months with no real results yet. I do find it relaxing when I wake up but have to be careful which audios I listen to.

Excellent holistic support
The variety of different sessions are great. I have found them most useful when I can’t sleep and my brain just keeps on and on.
Also the back up support/customer service has always been patient, kind and very helpful.
So glad I stumbled across Clear Minds. I pay for a subscription which gives me access to all of the sessions.

Shady free Trial has a mandatory two month subscription and fees that isn't made clear when starting trial.

Very helpful company
I had to strip my computer down and lost a lot of downloads, Clear Minds app was one I really didnt want to loose so I emailed them with my order number and the details and within a very short time
( managed to get a cuppa😁) Claire at Clear Minds had returned my email with the info I needed to get back up and running. I was very impressed with the speed at which they sorted my problem and the overall helpfulness and friendly service. Will be getting more from them. 👍🏻😁

Subscription scam
Beware of this company, I had a previous subscription months ago that I cancelled, and I’ve just had an email yesterday and a debit to my account saying my order has been confirmed THAT I NEVER PLACED. it is shocking that a company would do this after months of no contact or use for the app, the app isn’t even on my phone anymore! Hardly a calming experience given they offer hypnotherapy!

A lifesaver…seriously!
I’ve been using the Clear Minds app for about 2 years now and I can honestly say it’s been a lifesaver! Going through a traumatic separation, I used the anxiety and Heal From A Toxic Relationship hypnos nightly and on the second day, woke feeling like a huge, dark cloud had lifted. I felt amazing and it wasn’t until part way through the day that I realised why…it was the hypno sessions. I’ve since used the weight loss sessions, and most recently, the Stop Sugar Cravings and OMG - I have literally turned off wanting anything sugary and if I try something like chocolate or junk food, I just can’t tolerate it! I listen at night as I fall asleep, and don’t last more than 2 minutes before I’m out so it must be working while I’m sleeping! I don’t know what else there is around that can help shift mood, cravings, bad habits WHILE YOU SLEEP, making it feel completely effortless and not adding yet another thing I “have to” do to my daily routine! I bought a membership so I have access to ALL the various sessions and I can say unreservedly that this app has seriously changed my life!!

Excellent for Dental Phobia
I enrolled with Clear Minds as I needed help to cope with a major procedure at the dentist. After listening to their Anxiety Elimination session every day for a week, I sat in the chair for over an hour without having to box breathe or tap my fingers repetitively. Big bonus? No sweaty back! I've recommended it to my dentist who specialises in nervous patients.

I have had help to correct a bad habit
I have had help to correct a bad habit. It took some time but it had effect for sure.
There was a meditation instructor I didn't like because of a strange accent, but the other therapists were really good.
I particularly like the sleep efition sessions.
I have had a couple of billing issues.

What a pick pocket service this is...
This experience is nothing of what I expected. Everything u Think u are getting from this sight charges u to use all of it, except for the intro. If I'm paying out my hard earned money for a service, I want more than one demo as my subscription. Please, don't waste my time or money if all u wanna do is pick pocket ur customers.

I find the recordings really helpful
I find the recordings really helpful. The sleep ones are amazing (always asleep before they finish) and I have listened to ‘drink more water’ and the ‘motivate to exercise’.
I have signed up for the full year and I believe this app to be well worth the money.
I initially could not get into my account, so emailed them. They quickly came back and told me how to resolve the issue. Like to point out it would have been helpful if I was putting in the same email address as I had signed up with, so the error was totally mine 🤣🤦🏻♀️
