We are a group of 5 adults and she was happy to research a number of different options for us in terms of additional nights before and after the cruise, different room options, flight options, etc. etc. She stayed late to ensure we got the exact rooms we wanted and went out of her way to ensure our booking went through on time before the weekend.

The help of good sales person.
