Worst company I’ve ever dealt with. I ordered just £50 worth of pipe fittings and, despite several promises that they would be delivered, two weeks later I still haven’t received them. Communication has been poor throughout and nothing has been resolved. Very disappointing service

The delivery arrived when stated and all in good condition. Still awaiting fitment so can't comment on the effectiveness of the radiators as yet. Hopefully won't need to put them to work for a good while yet.

How does a product be advertised in stock, take payment if out of stock. My orders will be through The plumbing store from now on.
