I arrived on 24 April to the hospital and checking in was smooth. It took me to my immediately after they gave me the blood tests. I spoke to the doctor and recovery and aftercare was good and nice. I had a cantho plasty and buccle fat removal. The only problem is that I didn’t like the fact I had one night in the hospital there. I wish I could’ve stayed an extra night but the Hotel was really nice

Clean clinic + hospital. Staff were very friendly apart from a few language barriers but there were translators available. Mariam from Clinic was also amazing and very helpful with my hair transplant

I decided to have Rhinoplasty so, I contacted Clinic Expert to ask how much would it cost me to have Rhinoplasty.

The reason I contacted Clinic Expert is because, I had a Sapphire Ice FUE (my first transplant in 2023 from another hospital) and I didn’t do my homework on Surgeons in Istanbul so, I accepted my first quote I got back.
It was a MASSIVE mistake not doing homework on the Surgeon because, I had patches of hair missing all over my head and my crown was bald.

I started doing my homework on Surgeons in Istanbul and I kept hearing and reading positive reviews about Clinic Expert. I got in touch with Clinic Expert in 2024 begging them to help me put right the mistakes from another hospital.

Clinic Expert done their first transplant in 2024 to put right the mistakes for another hospital in Istanbul and they filled my Crown and filled down the left side of my head which another hospital left thin.

I was so happy with their price and how much better my hair looked that when I wanted a Rhinoplasty I contacted Clinic Expert.
I asked Clinic Expert for a price on a complex Rhinoplasty and another 1000 DHI hair grafts on my fringe because, I’m someone who’s always trying to improve my image.

The quote they gave me I just couldn’t say No to.
I’d already paid for Flights so, I gave Clinic Expert my flight dates and asked them could they do the 2 surgeries on this week? I had my reply back saying if I wanted them dates pay the deposit and I’ll get them dates.

Clinic Expert only had 3 weeks notice for my Surgeries

I was given the BEST medical consultation, (Ayesha) and she put together the BEST team possible, I had 2 teams, one for my hair and one for my nose.

I flew over on a Sunday, got picked up from the airport and spent the night in a 5⭐️ hotel. I was picked up again on Monday and taken to CE Hospital for my DHI hair transplant. The hospital had to take my bloods to check I was healthy enough for a Rhinoplasty surgery and my bloods were fine, I was really healthy.

I need to tell you the names of my hair transplant team.

After my hair transplant (Monday morning) I had to stay in the hospital Monday for more checks because, my Rhinoplasty surgery was going ahead Tuesday morning.

I left the CE Hospital after 2 days and went back to a 5⭐️ hotel for 4 days, in them 4 days I recovered so much that I felt 100% by the Friday, I was eating and chewing any food I wanted and I was also able to breath a little out of my nose.

I’m now flying back to Wales (UK) the happiest person in the world.
I had the BEST teams and how I’m looking and feeling right now, I couldn’t feel any better about myself.

I wholeheartedly recommend Clinicexpert, especially Dr.Nelly, who restored my beautiful smile and self-confidence. A huge thank you to Dr. Nelly's assistant, Zakarya, who consulted with me and answered all my questions. The atmosphere at the clinic is incredibly friendly, and everyone on the team is very helpful, speaking what seems like every language in the world.

Overall the treatment and on-site staff are great. They knew me by name on arrival and I was made to feel welcome. Doctors and other staff were professional and did their best to speak English and provide the information needed at the time. The aftercare however I was not really impressed with. Once returning home after a month a section in-between my teeth had come loose meaning I am now left with a gap in my teeth. After speaking to two different people regarding this I was left sometimes 6-7 hours without replies of not longer, meaning I was constantly having to chase up responses regarding this. None of the information I was trying to chase up being of any use which was becoming frustrating in a sense that they didn't want to help. I was then informed i needed to go back to the complex in Turkey for them to sort it. However after only returning home one month before this I could not afford to go back so soon which meant having to put up with this gap that I'm left with. Not impressed that I'm not 100% happy with my smile considering this is only 1 month post procedure and the crowns as promise I feel have not lived up to the expectation I was given considering parts have broken off already.

As soon as we got out of Istanbul Airport, we were met by a member of the ClinicExpert staff. After waiting a few minutes, the taxi arrived to take us to ClinicExpert.

Once we arrived at the clinic, we were welcomed by the excellent staff at the reception desk (Syrian team members who greeted us and acted as interpreters—I would especially like to mention Mr. Obada and his colleagues). Shortly after, we were taken for a dental scan, and the next day the treatment began. It lasted for a few days and was the first phase of three.

The doctors and nurses were professional and very kind.

We have to return in six months to complete the second phase, and we are very hopeful that everything will go smoothly.

From Start to Finish Zakarya was beyond amazing. This is a company that is second to none. Like anyone going abroad for a treatment it is daunting and nerve racking. I took 6 months to research a lot of different clinics in the region and when speaking to Zakarya he was honest, highly knowledgeable and didn’t try to oversell. He was patient, attentive and reassuring at any moment. The team at this clinic are highly skilled and complete perfectionists and all done with a smile.

I would not call everything luxury, but it is very nice and well in line with the good prices they offer. I felt in good hands all the time.

Fantastic help and treatment

ClinicExpert is one of the best place to visit for consultation. I was able to do my hair transplant in ClinicExpert guiding by Zakarya Rashed as my consultant. It is highly recommended I will come again next year.
