Exceptional service with great compassion and care. Coming from the US I was a bit skeptical but the Clinichub team was there from before we even left rbr country to reach Turkey. One of my best experiences I can very imagine. I’m going back again in Winter!

I came from far away just to get my first procedure at the Clinichub which I found r on Google search with super nice reviews and made a good impression ,Week 2 i am still healing from my surgery but I already like what I see ,I know I made the right decision about doing my surgery in turkey at this clinic .

I am so pleased I chose ClinicHub for my tummy tuck and 360 liposuction. From the very beginning, the whole process was smooth, well organised, and stress-free.

The communication was excellent throughout. Every question I had was answered quickly, and I always knew what to expect at each stage of my journey.

The transport arrangements were seamless, the hotel was fantastic, and everything was organised perfectly. The nurses were absolutely wonderful—so kind, caring, and professional. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and they made me feel comfortable, supported, and well looked after throughout my stay.

What has impressed me most is that the care didn’t stop when I returned home. The aftercare has been excellent, with the team regularly checking in to see how I’m doing, answering any questions I have, and making sure my recovery is going well. It’s so reassuring to know they are still there to support you even after you’ve left the hospital.

I felt genuinely cared for from start to finish, and the level of care and attention I received has been outstanding. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend ClinicHub to anyone considering cosmetic surgery. Thank you to everyone involved for making my experience such a positive one.

My surgeon Doctor Burak Erkmen outdid my expectations. He made my nose look incredibly natural which is important for me who’s a male and very low key of a person.

I could not ask for a better result and im so happy I chose him to operate on me.
No issues whatsoever with communication. He speaks perfect English.
Hes also an ENT surgeon which is an extra reassurance.

Just a great option where everything from transportation, hotel and other services is included in the entire package deal.
Super comfortable and reliable. Nurses and Clinichub staff will check up and not leave you hanging. Especially when traveling alone. No communication issues there either. Youre in good hands!

Im sure Dr B Erkmen will get more and more popular and prices therefore increase. If you contemplate a rhinoplasty or other procedures, I’d say go for it!

I'm not happy with my nose pictures, they only took 1 picture of my nose.

I would not recommend Clinichub to anyone. I had rhinoplasty with Dr. Emrah Celik.

First of all, I was promised that they would create a 3D simulation of my nose. I was also told that I would have plenty of time to discuss the nose I wanted with the surgeon.

However, when the surgeon arrived, he seemed to be in a rush and only spoke with me for about ten minutes. For roughly half of that time, he criticized my appearance. He made negative comments about my looks and other parts of my face that had nothing to do with the surgery itself. This experience has left me feeling more insecure and has damaged my self-confidence even more than my nose originally did.

Furthermore, the clinic appears to treat celebrities and influencers exceptionally well because they have large followings and bring in business. That is why you mainly see positive reviews on social media. In addition, several girls told me that they recorded video reviews for the clinic in exchange for discounts, even though they had not had particularly positive experiences themselves.

However, that is not even the worst part. The worst part is that you are required to sign a large number of documents, including forms stating that, if you were to need a blood transfusion, there is a risk that the blood could contain HIV. These documents should have been provided in advance so that patients could properly understand what they were agreeing to. The nurses did not allow me enough time to read everything carefully and kept saying, “Just sign, please read later.”

The nurses also did not speak English very well and did very little to ensure patients’ comfort. Nurses and doctors only came to my room once a day and stayed for about one minute before moving on. It is simply not true that they sit down with you and thoroughly go through everything.

I couldn't be happier with my experience! From the very first consultation to my procedure and follow-up appointments, everyone made me feel comfortable, informed, and genuinely cared for. The entire team was professional, kind, and attentive every step of the way.

I'm so happy with my resultsthey exceeded my expectations, and I feel so much more confident. I highly recommend this practice to anyone considering breast augmentation. Thank you for making this such a positive experience!

I really recommend this company, my experience was great and they looked after me so well. The staff are amazing and they still check up on you every week when I went back to my country.

Clinichub your amazing company

I had surgery on June 8, 2026, with Clinichub, and I’m going to be completely honest.

The hospital has good facilities and looks modern, but the nurses are a disaster. They don’t speak English, and they don’t make the slightest effort to communicate, not even using Google Translate or ChatGPT. They also don’t seem to care about their patients’ well-being; it felt like the only thing they cared about was getting paid at the end of the month.

I went through the entire process alone, and there was a moment when I needed someone to help feed me because I couldn’t open my eyes and my vision was extremely blurry. Even after I politely asked the nurses for help, they simply didn’t care.

The hotel they accommodated us in is good, but the clinic’s aftercare is so poor that I would honestly rate it -10 out of 10. My mobility was extremely limited and, as I mentioned, I was completely alone without anyone to help me. No matter how many times I asked the nurses for assistance with even the simplest things, their response was always, “Do it yourself,” despite knowing I had no companion with me.

On top of that, one of the coordinators even told me, “Don’t touch me,” when I was about to fall to the floor because I became dizzy.

My advice to anyone considering surgery at this clinic is to never come alone. Even if the clinic staff tell you, “We’re here for you,” the reality is that they are not.

Besides my personal experience, I also have to mention that I was charged for a service that was never performed. I paid to have the fat removed from my upper back, but it was never removed.

I had surgery with Dr. Şamil and had no pain and almost no bruising or swelling on my face, which was amazing. I didn’t expect it to go this easily. I’m so grateful that I chose this clinic and this doctor. I was very scared and overthinking at the beginning, but it was all worth it. Thank you to Dr. Şamil and the Clinichub team for taking such good care of me. 😊

I had my BBL and Lipo 360 on 9 December 2025. Immediately after surgery, I noticed my stomach appeared quite large. My back looked absolutely untouched. I raised my concerns with the nurses, who reassured me that it was simply post-operative swelling. In late January, I contacted Clinic Hub’s post-operative team because I was still concerned. Once again, I was told it was just swelling. I reached out again in March and received the same response, with advice to wait until I six months post-op before judging final results. I followed their advice and waited.

At the end of June, I contacted them again because my concerns had not changed. This time, instead of listening to me, I was met with a very dismissive response. I was told that my stomach was large because I had gained weight, which is simply not true. I was also told my expectations were unrealistic. If my expectations were genuinely unrealistic, that should have been discussed with me before surgery, not months afterwards. They also repeatedly insisted that my stomach was protruding because of internal (visceral) fat.
To make matters worse, I was then told that if I wanted the results I had originally expected, I would need to pay for a second round of surgery. I found this completely unacceptable. What frustrated me the most was I repeatedly requested a consultation with my surgeon Dr Erman Menekse so I could discuss my concerns directly. Every single request was refused, and I was given excuse after excuse instead of being allowed to speak with the DR Erman who performed my surgery.

Clinic Hub’s post-operative customer service has been incredibly disgusting. Once your surgery is over, my concerns no longer mattered. If I can help even one person make an informed decision, my advice would be this, Based on my experience, I did not feel supported when I had legitimate concerns after my procedure. Unless you have a content creator or influencer, they do not care about you and are very neglectful .

I had an amazing experience with Dr. Hasan Ozan Kurt. He is incredibly kind, honest, and professional, and made me feel welcome from the very beginning.

He took the time to answer all of my questions and address any concerns I had about my breast augmentation, which made me feel completely comfortable and confident throughout the process.

I absolutely love my results and couldn’t be happier with my experience. I’ve already recommended Dr. Hasan Ozan Kurt to two of my family members, who will be seeing him next month. I highly recommend him to anyone considering breast augmentation. Thank you so much for your excellent care!

My experience was very good only the nurses never told me what medication they were giving. language. Was very difficult to understand each other from most of the nurses .My Doctor Yunus was excellent and very supportive I will recommend him 300%.The hospital is very nice but I had noone to come and change our bedding or collect the dirty Towel.Also as a busy hospital maybe it was busy there was no duvet ,Cover in my room and it took a while late night to get one.Maybe make a fresh whole bed for the new client so everything is ready.But above all this I will recommend people to Clinic hub.Thank you for the whole team for the support on my New journey.DrYunus thank you and keep the good work I felt same in your care.

I contacted Clinic Hub for a quote for 360 liposuction, breast implant removal and uplift. I was quoted £5,700 and was then asked whether I wanted to pay a deposit. I explained that I was only making an enquiry and was not ready to book. I was then told that the quoted price was only available if I booked before the end of the month and that the price would increase by £2,000 afterwards.

I found this disappointing and felt pressured to make a decision before I was ready. As someone still researching surgeons, comparing clinics and arranging medical checks, I did not feel comfortable being pushed towards paying a deposit for an open date. The large difference between the quoted price and the later price also raised concerns for me.

The staff were polite, but the sales approach was not something I felt comfortable with, so I decided not to proceed.

I have received similar quotes from other medical tourism companies in the £5,000 range without being pressured to place a deposit immediately. I have also spoken directly with surgeons whose prices were comparable to, or lower than, the amount I was told I would pay after the price increase. For that reason, I could not justify paying significantly more through a third-party company when I could arrange treatment directly with a top surgeon like yunus dogan or Murat who quoted me less than what this company tried If I were to book after the end of the month

This was simply my personal experience, and based on that experience I decided to look elsewhere.

They made it very easy with the transfers also it is cheaper options compared to other places. They were very supportive and easy to talk to. The communication was really good and if I’d message them they would get back to me right away. It was very easy with the transfers and the stay at the hotel was also very nice. Location is great as they have places to eat around.
