Clinique website is a Disaster!!
The Clinique website is absolutely the worst! It is slow to load and product info jumps around. I would hazard a guess that this is the original website platform from 1990! The Chat feature is a joke, and Customer Service needs a lesson in how to use a helpful tone of voice rather that the "I could care less about making this sale". Time to reconsider if Clinique needs my business, and if I really need Clinique products.

Satisfied with customer service
Great foundation (Superbalanced makeup) and really good customer service!

I ordered a product with a free gift…THAT NEVER CAME! AND CLINIQUE CANADA CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS AWFUL! NEVER PURCHASING FROM THEM AGAIN!
I ordered a product with a free gift promised and never received the gift after several attempts through CS, no emails saying product was not available anymore, and unsatisfactory resolution of a different (inferior without the products I wanted) gift....if I had not followed up, I would have not gotten anything at all! This is sub-par CS for a large company. After getting escalated to a supervisor they refused to let me speak to their supervisor saying there was nobody higher to speak with (yes that was a lie) poor business practices tend to be a huge detriment to companies now with the threat of going viral on social media and I'm about to spread my poor experience on every platform multiple times until I get a satisfactory resolution!

Clinique ain't what it used to be
Clinique ain't what it used to be. Awful website where products jump about all over the place making it diffictult to read. I remember when their products were high grade and customers treated in a way that made you feel special. There are less and less hypoallergenic products now which is what they were known for.

no one listens
It is impossible to contact anyone at Clinique.ca for errors that only option is chat and that was a disaster. An order placed on April 13 with attempted delivery failed and package was returned to Clinique. I contacted Clinique through their online chat. Specifically said that living in a condo without a concierge the delivery would be impossible and delivery should be by Canada Post. The chat supposedly took the information and informed me the package would be sent out for a second time. Delivery attempted this past week April 25th, I wasn't home and it was the same delivery company so the package has gone back to Clinique again. There is no point in having a chat line to help if there is no help. Its like having a suggestion box and never looking at the suggestions. Really poor service on Clinique's part.
I don't want the order now. I don't know what's happened with their service but it used to be good. I just want a refund so I can walk away.

A poor review that Clinique made right!
What a nightmare. I refused the package due to I was late in the cancelation window, my fault, but trying to get my refund was something else! Still was 10$ short but I'm just glad to be done with them. If you can, go to the store instead of dealing with online chats, I would do that, never again!!
This is an edit to my original post of one star. Clinique reached out after seeing the poor rating and refunded me the difference. I had no idea they saw these reviews. I’m grateful they are a business that takes pride in keeping their customers happy and continue to stay with the brand. Speaks volumes. Thank you, it means a lot. In the end they deserve a five star review!

They Try Stealing Their Customer's Money
I have ordered Clinique moisture surge the 125ml and never got my package delivered since UPS left it in front of my door and I wasn't home, when I got back home there was no packages. I thought the delivery will probably arrive couple of days later so waited and then checked my email and saw it said it was already delivered. I then called Clinique and had to spent about 35mins before they have told me to deal with UPS delivery since they are the one who has delivered my order. So I had to call UPS and spent another 30 mins on filing a case for lost items. After all of that I had to wait about a month and never saw any progress with the case and I called back UPS and they have said it's an on going case to be patience and wait. After a week from speaking to UPS I got an email saying file was closed and declined, which means they can't do anything about the item being lost since they have delivered it at my doorstep. Now, I didn't know what to do so I called Clinique back again to explain the situation because I ordered from them and lost my money, so they have said they can't do anything if UPS closed the file and declined it. So now I had to call UPS once again and argued with them for them to understand my situation and they have finally gave me a claim number to call back Clinique and give it to them, for me to get a refund. For the 4th time I had to call Clinique again and give them the claim number and they have told me everything is done and that they are refunding my money which I should be getting it within 2-3days. I waited about a month and never got my money back, so I called Clinique back again and asked them what's happening how come they haven't sent my money back and the person on the phone from customer service has told me sorry it was never sent something went wrong on their end. If I never called back they would've just kept my money. They have the worse customer service and policies. I am not ordering from Clinique ever again.

I’d give less stars if possible

Clearly happy to swamp the NHS with pregnant women seeking advice on skincare products!! Absolutely disgusting.
Surely should be possible to say whether their anti blemish range of products is safe for use generally in most pregnant women or not. It’s a fair proportion of their female population at any one time.
They’ve lost a customer of 15+ years.

My favourite skincare company
I've been a Clinique customer for over two decades and have only good things to say about the quality of products and customer care. My recent experience with customer services was brilliant - they are efficient and professional, got everything sorted even though it was the weekend. Thank you.

100% WORST EXPERIENCE EVER
This is the absolute worst shopping and customer service experience I have ever had in my life.
Placed an order for $228 on November 24. On November 30, one item shipped out. On December 1, I received a tracking # for the remaining items.
Since then: two of the items are out of stock, I have still only received one item and it is now DECEMBER 20. I have, over the last two or three weeks, chatted with four different agents online and all of these conversations have been over one hour. I still only have one item, and two of the online chats this evening —one with Arden and one with John Michael dropped on me! I am DONE. I will 100% never order online with Clinique again! Ever.
I was refunded $52 yesterday, but I only received an email notification of a refund. There is not information with the notice as to what item they are refunding for. In addition, it is not reflected in my orders online. I still have the same tracking # from December 1 which says “Awaiting pick up from carrier.” All agents I have chatted with have said they would send the items out again, “at no additional charge.” How sweet of them. They haven’t done it!
The wait time in chatting is unbelievable. The site isn’t updated with accurate order information. And almost a month later I still have one item and no other resolution.

Order incomplete and now items are out of stock
I ordered three almost lipsticks for stocking stuffers for Christmas and was excited that they were delivered in time only to open the package and find that only one of the three items were sent. When I called to have the order re shipped I was informed that the item was now out of stock so I am now unable to give them as gifts. I will not be ordering from Clinique again.

Slowly and unstable support Service,no orders updates
If anybody would like to order some product directly on websites, my advice is do not.
You only receive 1 email confirmation that your order is placement, then no update anything.
About return status, they process really slow, I sent package to the same merchandise with same time and they received and took a look at my package yesterday - WHAT A SLOW SERVICE. It takes forever for CS to support your need, unstable chatting and slowly support.
When I chat with Customer Service, they asked a lot of information which has been asked 5 times which they can pull up im the account.
If yall wanna order sth with no updates directly from sellers/merchant, this is the one.
I would not order anything directly on this website. Ulta or Sephora or verified third parties would support you more.

Scam advertisement on Clinique.ca
They have been having scam advertisements recently. On their offer page they have multiple offers and 1 of them says spend certain amount and receive certain amount of gift items at check out for ANY order. I placed an order of only regular items with nothing extra added. Then I canceled and placed another order this time with and offer, still nothing added. When I contacted chat service, they claimed that offer was closed. I checked at the same time I was chatting, it was still on. First of all I have been shopping from Clinique for a long time and am familiar with their offers, if something is close you do not see it anymore in the website. Or you see a disclaimer. Again on this offer it said for any order. Then they went on to say it was because there was another offer in my order. Why didn’t it add in the first order then? No explanation. Just repeating that offer is not valid anymore. Then why are you advertising it? You should be able to provide the items you promise and advertise. Apparently they started theses scam adds in their own website with no solution to the customer. If you are advertising something you should be able to provide it. And it is not that they don’t have the items, they have it and still don’t add something they advertised. Very disappointed with the customer service and the scam advertisements,

Dreadful Service
Placed an order 18 days ago and just been delivered, to the wrong address.
It should have been delivered to a Collection Point but was delivered to my home??
I did call an advisor who, to be fair, was very helpful and really tried to solve but did let slip that, put simply, my missing parcel issues were common.
The whole process and tracking was simply chaotic and I can see from other posts that this seems to the standard.
What’s particularly disappointing is, from looking at previous posts, Clinique can’t even be bothered to respond to these queries and just adds a ‘copy and paste’ message.
I suspect Lidl takes its customer service more seriously!

Hard to actually claim loyalty benefits
I’m in the UK and at the “genius” loyalty level. I’m supposed to get free next day shipping with (and I quote) “any order”. Placed one this morning and the site wanted to charge me £6.50. Raised on Chat and they said if I paid they’d refund it but just get it right in the first place Clinique…
This is on top of the supposed birthday gift offer, got sent a card in the post but every Clinique concession I visited was out of stock. Thanks.

Horrible customer service
Horrible customer service. I placed an order 10 days ago and it is still preparing to ship. It is no use contacting customer service via phone or chat. They barely respond and when they do, I receive the same information that is on the website, "in the warehouse". Will not be ordering from Clinique.com again and I've been a customer for 20 years.

HEY CLINIQUE I want my money back!!!
HEY CLINIQUE! I WANT MY MONEY BACK ONCE I NEVER GOT PRODUCT PURCHASED ONLINE!!!!! 9 days ago I bought a product online on the Dutch Clinique site. Till now my product did not arrive. After getting an email from UPS that product would arrive last Friday, when on Friday nothing arrived I went to track and trace and read the news that a new delivery dat as being planned. With no explanation at aal in WHY. I was at the delivery address in Friday! After calling twice the absurdly inefficient costume care service number in Amsterdam, (I got from klantenservice the same answers as UPS ' : a new date is being planned'), I received and email from Clinique attesting I should go check ALL UPS delivery points in Amsterdam. This is really an outraged absurd klantonvriendelijk answer. So I decided I want to CANCEL the buy, once I PAYED BUT NEVER GOT THE PRODUCT!!! BUT KLANTENSERVICE SAID IS NOT POSSIBLE!!!! Insane, she said I should change the address of delivery and see if it works??? Is this a JOKE? Why should I?? THIS IS STEALING OR WHAT? I WANT MY MONEY BACK FORV THE PRODUCT I PAYED AND NEVER GOT IT!!!

Disgraceful customer treatment and support
Our order got returned to the store because they chose a grossly incompetent delivery service while knowing this service thrash. They made no attempt to fix the problems they created and basically laughed in our faces. They deserve nothing more than be shut down for malpractice.
Edit: Even after their 'contact' on this review they continue to laugh in the face of their customer.

Worst experience (Clinque Canada)
Clinique let me down big time. Spent $120 expecting a free 72h cream, but it disappeared at checkout. Customer service couldn't fix it, and canceling the order was a no-go.
Got conflicting info – first, they said it was canceled, then it shipped two days later. Their excuse? "Fast shipping" that took over five days to dispatch. Yeah, figure that one out.
They promised free returns, but now they want me to pay for shipping. Not cool, especially since I tried to cancel over the promo mess-
I feel very tired!! That the customer service didnt help me
