While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

I attempted to introduce one of my clients to CloudPano and created a demo account. They advertised a 7-day free trial, which initially seemed reasonable. However, after explaining that I would close this temporary account and open one directly for my client, I asked them to provide the demo accordingly.
They sent me a demo link, but it turned out their so-called “free trial” requires a credit card upfront, with a $370 subscription already queued to start immediately after the 7 days. When I reached out to clarify, they insisted the credit card was mandatory but claimed it could be canceled anytime.
To protect myself, I used a virtual card with zero balance. The moment I tried to activate the trial, CloudPano immediately attempted to charge the card. I reported this issue to their team – they simply ignored me and never replied again.
This is not a company acting in good faith. It feels misleading, pushy, and completely unprofessional. My client had already approved the budget, but after this experience, we decided to take our business elsewhere.
If this is how they treat potential customers, I wouldn’t trust them with anything. Stay away.
