Shocking service, I can’t even count on my fingers the number of times I’ve called them or they’ve finally come out to sort some issues we’ve had, trying to get hold of them is not at all easy, takes phone call after phone call after phone call. Our front door still isn’t sorted despite raising it with them several times, the latest time being just before Christmas, after calling several weeks before and being told they’d arrange for someone to come out within a week or two, nothing, called and called again over several weeks and finally Jimmy came out to fix some issues with windows we had but gave me a load of crap excuses as to why a part is missing from our front door...... a part which in the brochure states “security as standard” all parts included as standard.... Jimmy said he’d go back and raise it with mike yet again, (mike being the owner) and still nothing, this was 6-7 weeks ago now. Keep trying to call them but just get an answer phone. Will keep persisting as I am not being fobbed off, we want our front door fitted properly!!!! On this occasion, we wish we went with a bigger renowned company rather than trying to support local.

Terrible customer service, in fact none after you've paid. No FENSA registration. Certas Certificate not worth the paper it's written on as they never register it. They did not complete 10 year insurance backed guarantee so not known to insurance company.
Incorrect fitting of front door. Parts missing on windows, never came back to correct. Nearly always an answer phone and when you do get through they promise to take action and then nothing, call after call plus emails.
Do not touch this company, they just do not care.
