Avoid them
The kind of platforms you avoid as there’s no benefits to using them whatsoever got scammed by them was a very horrid time of my life and my family went through all the usual process to try and get them to release my money all to know avail well with my local police intervention was recommended ambllp….uk and the rest is history
What was lost was found thankfully
I was deeply disappointed on here
I was deeply disappointed on here, my experience was fraught with issues not resolved. It’s a shame, as I had high hope based on their advertising but they won’t stick to the promises I left here for my peace of mind, I switched to a more reliable platform (Future Wise Immunity) for clarity, returns are decent and consistent. Customer support are proactive.
This is a platform used by scammers
This is a platform used by scammers. After participating in few short trade transactions, when I tried to withdraw the funds, an unexpected change in one character in the address made the funds lost. Coinberry said the transaction was completed, but with an invalid address BTC wouldn’t accept the transaction and the funds never would have moved from Coinberry. They insist the transaction was completed which is false. Now they want me to deposit the same original amount ($14,173) while they investigate and get the funds back. Obviously a scam. My funds are lost. Careful with this platform. No good customer service.
Coinberry and BitBuy, the worst crypto exchanges one can possibly use
A few years ago I opened an account online with this cowboy outfit. At the time they were based in Davenport Road, Toronto. I tested the account, after viewing their terms and conditions and trying to find anything else that may trip me up (as I don't use a mobile phone), by depositing $5 into it. That went fine. Then I tried withdrawing that same $5 and discovered to my intense anger that there was a minimum withdrawal limit of $100!!!!!!!!!!! And NOWHERE was this stated - you didn't know it until you tried doing it. When I complained via chat, as they don't have a contact number (NEVER do business with ANY COMPANY that does not have a contact number, as the VAST majority of established businesses have), they told me that the only way I could withdraw my $5 was to deposit $95 and withdraw $100!!!!!!!! :0 My god, what absolute rubbish! I went at it with them over chat but they wouldn't budge. Eventually they offered to send me $5 worth of Etherium which I couldn't accept as I had no other wallet anywhere else (due to not having a mobile phone). I had a go at them for that and they then offered an extra $10 for the inconvenience. What lunacy as I still had no way of getting this Etherium into a wallet. So I never went into my account for a number of years and got on with Life. Sometime last year I decided to get this sorted out once and for all and when trying to log in I discovered that they had been 'taken over' by BitBuy. So I went to that website and found my login credentials didn't work anymore. So I contacted customer service by email and that went back to Coinberry. W**??? Anyway, I got into a long email chain with someone at Coinberry and still nothing has been resolved, even after I sorted out my bank account details to match my Coinberry account details (my bank account had my first and middle name mixed up so that my middle name showed up first - really stupid stuff), because even though both names were on both accounts my bank didn't have the names in the right order, and Coinberry couldn't (or wouldn't) send money to an account with different info on it, which it really didn't have. Anyway, if you want to venture into crypto currencies, avoid this company like the plague. They are criminally minded people and you will most likely have your monies stolen at some point via all sorts of ways.
I have applied to withdraw funds only…
I have applied to withdraw funds only to be told that I had tax to pay the tax, alleged to be due, upfront before I could withdraw any funds. This does not feel right to me but I was told it is "the rules of the crypto currency market". When I asked for the rules I was told that they were "unable to provide any" I hope the management will look into this
I tried to withdraw money from my…coinberry scam
I tried to withdraw money from my coinberry account & was told there was suspicious & illegal trading on the account. I would need to pay $ 2166 usd deposit for a re-audit on my account to restore account status
If I don’t pay this by Feb. 29 1% per day would be charged. What a scam
Why won't you give me my money????
Twice now I've tried to send some money, not all, from my wallet to my bank account and twice there has been an "issue" where I have had to prove that it was me and they demanded now a total of $550,000 to prove that I was for real. It's unfathomable why they demand such massive amount of money each time. I still haven't gotten any money.
Update. I finally met all of their financial requirements but they still won't release my money. They now tell me because of previous potential suspicious activity they lowered my credit score to 60 and they won't release my money until I bring my score up to 100. To do this, I have to deposit $5000 for every point needed to reach 100 which means I need to deposit another $200,000. Will this never end. Not once did I do any suspicious trading. Who can I contact to sue these people for my money.
Disappointed
Disappointed with the service at coinberry from delayed withdrawals to unresponsive customer support. It’s a stark contrast to the professionalism I’ve experienced with “EAšÿBĘ” where issues are resolved promptly. A reliable platform makes a world of difference.
Stole all my crypto from me
Sįmpłebįnåryėåśyb made me have trust in crypto again.the fee interface is easy to use and I never had issue with withdrawals and I buy and sell my crypto with ease. Far better than coinberry

The app was updated and I was forced to change my password. Now my account is restricted and I can no longer access or see any of my assets. Attempts to contact customer service have gone unanswered and the only contact point is email.
Website shutdown - SCAM ongoing
Following a supposed scheduled platform update, all access to my assets has been lost. They sent an email to reset password but once the password has been changed, I still can’t access my account. This is definitely a fraud attempt to steal honest Canadian citizens money. I am contacting the RCMP authorities to alert them on this scam and I urge everyone to do the same to stop those criminals and bring them to justice.

Tuesday of this week coin Berry’s mobile app went down and filed several tickets with little to no response. App just got going this morning lost over $1000.00 in my crypto account. I would not advise to go with this company. I had it in a bitcoin wallet in Europe and transferred over to Canada. Feeling it was more secure it’s not I do not advise anybody to go with this company Coinberry I am just a little guy in a big C I am retired.BAD Crypto platform, choose one of the other 10 in Canada, not them or their counterpart I am getting a hold of everybody that I possibly can and I’ve got screwed by this company and I also got a hold of my nephew. He works for Richard Marx, google in Mountain View, California. The owner of Coinberry is Kevin O’Leary part investor.
