The app moves so slow. It freezes up all the time after continuously. Having it freeze up and not knowing my whether my receipt was accepted or not and rescanning it when I went to cash out, they froze my account for scanning the same receipt more than once if their app had actually worked right, I would not be scanning the receipt more than once. How am I supposed to know? If it's accepted or not, if it doesn't pop-up saying the receipts, you have scanned. Has been accepted, and you will know within 72 hours.If that doesn't pop-up, I'm afraid when it's freezing and spinning and spinning and spinning that it has not been accepted, may be update your site.So it actually works and stop walking people out of their money that they should be getting paid. Of course , you wait until I go to cash out my sixty dollars before freezing, my account, which funny just the night before froze up for little every receipt.I scanned, and I didn't know whether it was working or not. Hope everybody stops using your stupid sute, cause you're absolutely do everything you can not ever pay out now.I know what my friend was talking about when she said you did it to her for scanning the same receipt twice because your site sucks and it freezes up nonstop

The people who work at Coinout must be the stupidest people who ever lived. I scan in receipts from the same day and the idiots say it's expired. They can't read. Several emails go ignored. These people are scammers.

I have been waiting since May 4 of this year to redeem $12 and it keeps telling me it’s under review. They keep changing the rules and how it works, just sad. This app just gets worse and worse. Please don’t waste your time!

Not really happy with this app. It's hit or miss at it's best. Lots of trouble scanning lately and the amount of points you get for receipts is very low. Fetch is much better.

I received an email telling me I needed to update the app, I've had nothing but problems every since My emails will not connect and 20 of my 22 online store apps will not reconnect.

Until recently I was very happy with CoinOut. I tried to redeem coins for money and was on,y able to redeem part of it. I have emailed and just get ticket numbers with a “promise” they will contact me. Haha. I found a phone number, but that doesn't work. How do you contact them with success?

I used this app for 10 yrs. I earned a lot of gift cards. But the last few months I have had to fight to get my points in games for reaching levels. Now they have blocked my account. Stated that I was blocked out because I scanned my employee receipts. First of all I been in retail for 25 yrs. Been scanning my employee receipts on app for 10 years now its an issue. I know the real reason is I have earned lots of money. I am so upset that after 10 urs and over 500 referrals they block me and did it when I was just a few points away from collecting an other 50 dollar gift card. Won't even let me cash out for smaller amount gift card. If you use app remember dont earn too much

I downloaded the coin out app January 2026. I accumulated 11700 points. I could only cash out $3.00 Amazon gift card. What the hell do they do that at? I deleted my account. Thanks, but no thanks Coinout.

Not happy , was good for some time .Then all of a sudden every 2 days i have to keep reconnecting email , now its not even connecting let alone my retail accounts , support sucks they want u to go to the stupid help page that doesnt help , wtf i used to like it but now i just want to cash out remove this stupid app .customer, help worthless ..😆😆

Coni out recommended third party play apps that charged me 10 dollars after it said in writing I would earn 14 dollars. A total rip off. Get rid of this app.

I would love to use Coin out again. But they haven't let .e into my acc for prob 2 yrs. They tell me the password or something is wrong. I change things and they still won't let me in. I know I had a lot of points built up and they don't want to give them to me. Please tell me what to do to get my acc back.. Shirley R.

I was using Coin Out and it was fine from the beginning . But when I tried to redeem my points, they block my account. I asked to reinstate it, I was not sure what was wrong. They said I violated there term, but reinstated account. Now I was trying to redeem my points again and they block the account for good. They said I was using this type of receipts. Actually I was scanning the receipts that I shop. They have a strange system.

This app has been very helpful since I've been using it in 2022, however, there's one thing that they could do; Add sections for receipts, I truly just don’t get what aches them so much they can't or what prevents them from doing that like every other receipt app. I like going to the store and I sometimes make long purchases and they told me my receipt can not be accepted unless I can get the required information in there. I've never had issues with points disappearing and they always gave me every reward or lockout issues. I've also had some issues where I'd submit multiple receipts and they would all just be marked automatically as invalid. That stopped happening though and I'm glad I can use this app and I have the food journal options as well. All I want is to submit all my receipts or have them approved I really like this app.

They ruined the app. They make you have to click inside the daily jingle now to get points and absolutely not. Also what kind of app doesnt have a log out button? Who you feelin like? And their AI, as is ALL AI is dumb. I tried to ask it and it had no idea what I was talking about 🤣. Of course cause AI is dumb. Couldn't get me to a real person. I was gonna log out of my account only but since they want to hold me captive, I just took my last payout and deleted my account. Im not waiting 24 hours just to be told "yeaaaah we dont have a log out button" or some nonsene. Yeah I can delete the app, but thats not the point. What kind of app doesnt have a log out button? 🤣

They tell u to scan all receipts then cancel you.

Horrible waste of time

I like that I can play games to earn extra coins. This app frequently offers double coin earnings for a limited time. However, after at least 4 times of playing long enough for maximum rewards, the app stopped keeping track of my playing activity and I wound up not getting my rewards. I contacted customer support the first time this happened and never got any response. The second time customer support claimed that there is no problem with the app and that it had to be my phone's problem. They suggest to upload screenshots in their link for proof, but the link never works. After losing out on about $50 total, I decided to uninstall this app. It was a waste of my time

I am loving this app so far. I started out using it by scanning my receipts, but I wasn't really making any coin so I started playing their games. Because I am scammed on so many other game apps, i decided to try to cash out when I had $5.00 worth of coins to cash out to venmo. And sure enough, they sent me my money. I have since cashed out two more times at $5.00 each... And now I have $15.00 sitting in venmo. I'm seeing all of these reviews that it is not a legit money making app but I am here to tell you, it is. Not only that, but I have since deleted All of my other gaming apps, because they all require me to take a photo of my driver's license as well as turn on my camera to take a selfie of myself before sending my first payment. Not cool at all. I deleted all of those apps. Coin Out is 100% legit. Highly recommend!

I was ripped off by this company as when i redeemed two $50 cards they were issued for another company i did not request. I am unable to use them

They refused to make me whole as they will not correct their error

Website is poorly designed with no customer support. Because of this reasons i will advise everyone of their deceiving practices and not to use them

Stay away from them as will you be ripped off

They are trash and scammers they take long to give your redeemed gift then when you message about it you get blocked don’t use them they scammers and they steal from customers

I had around $32 in my CoinOut account and was told to submit a receipt within 7 days to keep my rewards. I did that, but when I checked, my balance was ZERO with no explanation. Despite reaching out, I've had no resolution. Not cool, CoinOut. 😡
