I ordered some gates 8 July 2026. I have had 5 delivery dates given me and now they have just cancelled the one for tomorrow. Now I am going to the store to pick them up myself. Rubbish Company
Wait in all day to be told not being delivered 😭 garbage. They knew that this morning. How are people like this still in business
Very bad experience.
They seem to employ low-wage kids working out of derelict vans who lack the skills to perform a simple task like delivering packages effectively. They are all rude, and always ask you for "special favours" like meeting them a few blocks away.
They also cancel delivery schedules on the same day they are expected, so if you make plans in advance to be available, you'll be screwed. They did this x4 times to me in 2 weeks.
To avoid, the French postal service is much better than these idiots.
An excellent service from ordering to delivery. The company were responsive and kept us informed at every stage. The client service manager went above and beyond to help us. The delivery was on time and the driver courteous and helpful. This company inspires confidence.
