Hello Elizabeth, I'm sorry that you had a bad experience. We don't offer any Funko POP figures which are not in their original boxes so I am struggling to understand how this has happened. I can think of two possible explanations:
1. The parcel handler damaged the box and repacked it, without the original casing. In this scenario the new parcel should be marked with a sticker or note saying that it was repackaged, although I have seen parcels arriving repacked without any notice before.
2. There is a Funko Plush Hedwig product which comes without a box (originally). It is possible that the wrong product was picked and that you received the Plush version, but you would probably be able to tell the difference if this was the case.
Either way please contact us on info@collectible.no. We would be very happy to get to the bottom of this and find a solution for you.
