Nightmare - Subscription
When purchasing it is not clear that you are subscribing, even on the confirmation there is no mention of a subscription, I only found out that I had subscribed when I was sorting out my fathers affairs after he passed and found that my account was light and it was the subscritpion payment being taken, I tried to raise a complaint through paypal as it is not clear you are entering a subscription and there is no email to tell you that they are going to bill you again, I contacted the company and they eventually cancelled my subscription, but emailed to say if cancelled my complaint with paypal they would refund me, so I did and guess what still fighting for a refund, haven't even opened the packet they didn't work for me. They need to make it clear that you are subscribing before you pay and let you know when they are going to take payment, in these trying times £99 is a lot of money to loose.

ColonBroom promo purchase was easy to navigate and the price was a good value, compared to the pharmacy and Amazon. I thought this would be a great way to try it for wright management. I don't like getting roped into a subscription, so I appreciate companies that don't increase the price during the promotion period on one-time purchases.

Very bad business I signed up for a subscription for the product and thought it was a one time purchase they automatically charged my account and sent the product to my house and would not return the items witch it states you have 14 days to change your mind and return but because it was a subscription they said I can not return it so these people are full of shit and there buisness is a scam there product does not show any results was on it 6 months don’t do anything bad buisness don’t buy from them

I cancelled subscription in June
I cancelled subscription in June, had confirmation. But come August had notification of shipment and payment taken despite the confirmation.
Refusal to stop shipment and return payment even though their error.
Not at all impressed.

This product is crap
This product is crap, it doesn't really work and when you try and cancel the membership they want to charge you money for it. They won’t even accept a return for a refund. Customer service is non-existent, good luck trying to get ahold of anyone.

I was charged for a 3 month subscription and emailed customer service right away. I was told they could not refund me or cancel the order. But moving forward they could cancel the subscription. However, the items had not sipped yet. I got the shipment notification after my communication with customer service. So they’re choosing to take my money and sending me product that doesn’t work, that I do not want anyways. Don’t waste your money. It doesn’t work anyways
