The Products are great but the shipping can be a bit faster. I got my shipments on time before Valentine's Day as I ordered in advance but Shipping is one department where the company should improve.

This company offers great products, but their delivery time is so long. They took about 10 days for delivery of some address labels and it has been 17 days since my last order from January 25th and the product still didn't come.

I don't recommend this company.

Slow slow slow. They don’t even come close to meeting shipping timeframes. Done with them after 20+ years. Many other options these days.

Company FALSELY advertises promo codes and customer beware!! Sneaks supposed discounts back into the cart.

Ordered off Amazon. No communication no tracking. After a month and delivery date changes twice finally able to cancel order and get refund. They were gruff about it even then not communicating.

I ordered address labels with our photo on it that matched our Christmas card. I ordered them on November 18th. They arrived Dec 21st, too late to put them on the cards. I delayed my cards by about a week but could not wait any longer. This is the second time I ordered labels well ahead of Christmas that did not arrive in time. I think I am done with this company.

I've been ordering from Current and Colorful Images for more than 30 years. Never had a problem with personalization, ordering or delivery until now.
I tried ordering SEVEN (7) TIMES on my phone, tablet, and PC on FOUR (4) different browsers. I have never had so much trouble with a website. I contacted customer service several times and the only solution I got was to use Chrome. I don't have a Chromebook and if they are relying on only Chromebook for orders, they're going to lose a lot of business. I gave up and won't be using them again.

I am giving them 5 stars due to outstanding customer service. I never received my order but my check was cashed. It seems as though their company has a problem with deliveries based on the reviews I read. However, "Isaac" offered to replace my order or issue a refund. I chose the replacement and was happy they had a record of the order since I could not remember exactly what I ordered. Very happy with the outcome.

I placed an order as a gift for my daughter. All went simple and easy. Ordered shipped via UPS and I received notification. Watching with excitement, it was to be delivered by end of day 2/07/2022. When that didn't happen I checked again and now it said 2/08/2022. 5 days in a row of that, I called Colorful Images and was told it should be there soon. I also received an email from Samantha with another number to call. I called it. THIS is were it gets fun. That person told me I would have to call UPS and work with them. Why would I call UPS, I'm not UPS's customer, Colorful Images is. He gave me a phone number. Turns out this order goes from UPS to USPS for delivery at a certain point in this process. So my label left Bensenville IL to USPS 11 days ago and USPS says they haven't received it yet.

I received a promotion code in the mail from this company for 25% my total order. So I started shopping their labels and when I was ready for checking out, there was a notice at the top of the page that I qualified for $1.99 shipping over $30 because my order came to $110 and change. So I put in the 25% promo code that was mailed to me, and the $1.99 shipping was removed and instead it came up to $29.99 for regular shipping! That is INSANE!!!! It's not like I was ordering a piece of furniture for crying out loud! When I called about it, I was told that I can only do one promo at a time. I will not be shopping w/them again!!

I ordered clear labels for my church and they came - with 3 typos. Of course, I could not use them, they are non- refundable so I will have to order more - but certainly not with Colorful Images.

I placed an order that took over 3 weeks before it got to me. I called about it 3 times and got no satisfaction. they always said they would return my call but never did. The item I really wanted said 'out of stock', so I ordered something else, but when I went back a few days later it was back in stock so I really didn't get want I wanted.

I have tried at least ten times now to create an account, creating multiple passwords because they won't let me in, so I start over and start over. Are their computers working? Will not let me create an account. Have no problems with other multiple sites in creating an account. Sandra - Wisconsin.

I don’t know what has happened to this company. They used to be very good, but the last time I ordered from them, it took well over 2 weeks to get part of my order, and another part (some address labels), never did arrive. There was no tracking information available on the website for my order. I called their customer service line and the rep did re-order the labels at no charge to me. When I had waited for those for over 2 weeks, I called back. The rep I spoke to at that time said that they use DHL for delivery to the post office and the post office delivers to the customer. She said that DHL is very slow and said that they should have sent the replacement order by Fed Ex. I asked if I ordered again in the future if there was a way to specify I would like the order shipped by Fed Ex. She said you have to select “expedited” service at an additional charge. If DHL is really the problem, then Colorful Images needs to dump DHL. At the least, I should be able to track my order. I’m just glad the first order was not for checks! I have ordered checks from them in the past but will think twice before I do so again!
