I ordered a coffee machine as a gift for my mom. They didn't wrap it in any way, and everything arrived in the original box. Unfortunately, the entire box was damaged. That's why I'm only giving it 3 stars. I think such an expensive item could have been packaged better.

Terrible Service and Unrealistic Delivery Times
Order #14319416
I purchased a home trainer on May 31, 2026, with a promised delivery time of 2–3 days from a remote warehouse. Since then, the company has changed the delivery date three separate times without providing any meaningful explanation or advance notice.
It has now been 10 days, and the product has still not even been shipped. The lack of communication and failure to meet the advertised delivery timeframe have been extremely disappointing.
Based on my experience, I would not recommend this store.
