While the name has changed from ComputerSalg to CS MEGASTORE, it is still the same webshop, the same team, and the same service. With more than 2.8 million products, you can find everything from electronics and IT to home appliances, home & living, beauty, sports, office supplies, books, and much more.

What started as a small local store focused on computers and software has grown into a true megastore with MEGA amounts of tech, MEGA amounts of beauty, MEGA amounts for everyday life – and everything in between. The name change to CS MEGASTORE is a natural next step and better reflects the scale and variety we offer today.

From our modern 10,000 m² warehouse in Ringsted, Denmark, we process more than 90,000 orders every month. We continuously work on improving our logistics and packaging processes to ensure fast delivery and a reliable shopping experience.

I have ordered three electronic things including a wireless ear buds and a mobile telephone from this site and they have come to me quickly and the products have been fine, as described. No complaints.

I didn't get the item

I ordered an item, and never received it. First, from payment I had to wait a week for delivery, second, they were delaying delivery date every day for 5 days in a row, and when i wrote to them, that I'm disappointed with that, and that I want to cancel my order. The funny part was, they answered me, that my item isn't even shipped, so it would be very easy to cancel my order. Wow! That's "awesome" client service.

I've got issue with my smart lock…

I've got issue with my smart lock battery and it took 4 months to fix it, but they have an literally active costumer service and solved my problem by changing the product.

Very good customer service

The camera I ordered work perfectly when conntec directly to laptop but didnt work at all when connetced to dock station. The problem was not with camera but with the dock but I didnt want to use camera with laptop. Therefore, I requested to them to return and provide return label and they accomodated my request.

Price are very good and customer service even good.

Fast & Reliable

I bought a jumpstarter powerbank. The item was better than I expected and it arrived so quickly (1 day after my order). Also packaged well. Downside, they keep sending you mail to fill trustpilot but they deserve a good point so it's alright.

i get a sew machine at december 2025, it was failed, i returned to service and is april 2026 and I still without machine, devolutions, updates, ANYTHING.

Think twice before you order a perfume…

Think twice before you order a perfume from them! I purchased one for first time and when received i experienced huge difference in quanity/intensity which force me to claim and return it. Now they are refusing to give a refund or send a new because of the same reason’s i claimed it for😡
I Will definitely go further with this….

We would also like to clarify that your initial complaint concerned the intensity and longevity of the fragrance – not the quantity in the bottle. Our claims department has assessed the product and confirmed that the fragrance performs as expected.

When we received the returned item, more than 50% of the liquid was missing, and the batch codes on the bottle and packaging did not match. Based on these findings, we are unfortunately unable to approve your complaint or offer a refund.

Highly recommend company 🤩🤩🤩

Absolutely perfect experience! I received my dumbbells in flawless condition — everything was extremely well packaged and protected. The delivery was impressively fast, and the whole ordering process was super easy and smooth.

What really stood out to me was the communication — I was constantly updated by email and always knew exactly when to expect my delivery, which made the whole experience completely stress-free.

Honestly, everything about this company is top-level. Highly recommend — I will definitely order again!

Customer Service?

Do you guys actually have a customer support? I called you guys and for 24 minutes nobody answered. I called on the phone number publicly listed on your website, and within the opening hours listed on your website… i really hope you are at least answering mails.
30 BANK days to reserve money from my account, I am really curious who’s idea was that.

We’re sorry to hear that you had difficulty getting through to us by phone – that’s of course not the experience we want to provide. There can unfortunately be periods of high call volume, but we are continuously working to improve our availability.

Regarding the 30 banking days: this is not something we control. The amount on your order was only reserved, not charged. Once an order is cancelled, the reservation is released immediately from our side.

However, how quickly the amount becomes available again depends on your bank or payment provider, and in some cases this can take up to 30 days. This is determined by your bank’s policies, not ours.

Easy and fast.

Easy and fast.

The delivery information was not accurate, it took a long time for the package to leave CS MEGASTORE. The prognostic for delivery as listed on the website (even if it ended up being fast) are in my experience of the postal / delivery service in Sweden, especially towards northern Sweden, not realistic.

Don't answer customer request

Despite several times I contacted them asking for the refund, they continue "buying time" for theirselves and don't refund me the money. They always have a different excuse and ask more time. Imagine that I bought the equipment in the end of January, sent it back by 5th February and now it is almost 60 days and no refund was made.
I had to fill a refund claim via the credit card to try a refund as it seems ComputerSalg/ CS Megastore is not interested in doing it.

I wonder if this company is going bakrupt?
I bought an air fryer from them, they sent it with deffect, I asked to send back the machine and refund. They stop answering me for several weeks.

NB: If you already have sent us an e-mail, wait for reply. The more emails you send, the more you are pushed back in the que as the system collects all your mails under the latest one. I.E. if you send a mail every other day, your correspondance is pushed to the latest one and it could possibly be weeks before we catch up. Please have patience and we'll get to your mail as soon as possible.
