one years stand

As an ex employee of Berlin branch I can confirm that this company will never give you a contract, unless you have some kind of relations with management. The maximum of what you can expect is 2 years of contract and a constant feel of doing monkey business.

Don't Trust Concentrix nor their software usage

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!

I recently applied to the W@H/Canada position at Concentrix. Although hesitant to download their software that scans my PC for everything plus (other, they state). which could mean anything on the PC is fair game. I did.

Initially I had an error trying to download the software from their website. The ignorant recruiter “Kayla” said, to scan the PC, making sure to use a wi-fi connection on my phone or tablet. What sense does this make? If they need to scan my PC, how does downloading the software onto my phone or tablet allow this. Not to mention, the application specifically states to use a hard-wired connection, not wi-fi.

It seems this recruiter is clueless.

After allowing their software to scan, it stated that it was completed, and I could close it. I then emailed the recruiter personal email, to say I had just completed the scan, and sent it.

I wasn’t able to locate any remnants of the previously downloaded software on my PC, after deleting the initial download. As it’s standalone software, I didn’t think much of it, but I went to search the PC registry just in case.

I found 3 instances of the Concentrix download sitting in my registry. Two, I deleted easily. The third wasn’t so easy, I had to change the permissions on the container belonging to Concentrix, in order to delete it. Most people don’t muck with their registry, as they can mess it up. However, I’ve been within it many times, so I’m familiar with it. (A back up before and after is advisable, then deleting the initial backup, to import the latter after the changes are made-Google it, is safer for those unfamiliar with the registry).

Either way, what was their software doing there, after they tell candidates that it will delete itself off their PC. I’m guessing that it continues to gather information off the personal PC, to send to Concentrix, if they request it.

After emailing the recruiter to say that the scan completed, she sent me an email, (ignoring mine to her), seemingly requiring me to go through the process of re-scanning with their software again, I was’t going to go through it again. Terminating my application there.

So, either their internal candidate onboarding set up is completely inadequate, or they need to see how far they can push a possible candidate, (on the level of protecting their personal device security), so as to take further advantage of them after hiring!

Maybe the re-scan was needed by them, because I deleted their software information from my PC registry. Information that was supposedly not stored on my PC!

I applied to Concentrix years ago, during the initial virtual set up, the host demanded that all the employees give remote access of their personal computers to Concentrix. This wasn’t a “one off” thing, but a permanent thing, while they were employees of the company.

The host introduced the “remote access” set-up as a “no big deal” thing. Guiding employees through the setup on their devices, while everyone followed along. Even I wasn’t aware of what they were asking (via their deceiving communication to us), until the remote access box popped up.

I said no, I will not give them access to my PC. They tried to push me into it, saying I couldn’t work there without it. I explained the dangers of giving the company remote access to all my personal stuff on my PC, (I did this for the benefit of the other onboarding employees there, that didn’t realize the possible negative repercussions of what they were doing). The host knew exactly what she was asking, even telling the employees, “if your PC comes on during the night on its own, don’t worry, we’re just setting things up.”

Most of the people they hired on were older immigrants (it seemed), that barely knew how to do things on their PC’s, let alone, the dangers of giving a “stranger company” full access to everything on their computer.

My situation? I simply quit, and walked out of the meeting.

The only reason I applied again, is because they said they would provide computers to those hired for the Canada position, on their own application website. As the recruiter spoke nothing of it, and considering that their software download is scanning my PC, for much more than the simple internet speeds; I’m guessing that they lied about providing the computer.

Do Not Trust Them! Just because they where a smile on their re-assuring faces, and their access to information on your device seems invisible- doesn’t mean that it’s not there, and that your privacy of all you do, and have on your device, isn’t being sabotaged!

Awful company to work for

Awful company to work for. My contract was terminated, and I was never properly paid for the time I worked. The management within the BMW campaign seemed highly unprofessional and lacked proper knowledge of how to handle investigations fairly.
In particular, Jade Taylor, who manages teams in this campaign, showed very little efficiency in providing constructive feedback to team members. Instead, there were claims that no QA had been marked for months, followed by allegations without proper evidence or support. Team members were not given a fair chance to explain their side.
To make matters worse, over £100 was deducted from my wages for supposedly faulty equipment that had already been returned. There also appeared to be mistakes with National Insurance and payroll reporting, which later resulted in HMRC asking me to pay around £1,000 due to what seemed to be employer errors.
Rather than unfairly targeting employees, the company should seriously investigate the management practices within the campaign itself. The pay is extremely low compared to the expectations and workload, while the company appears more focused on profit than properly supporting its staff.
Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company as a workplace.

Please AVOID

I was working for Concentrix in the UK. It was by far the worst company I had displeasure of working for. Micromanaging, unrealistic targets, passive aggressiveness. They want you to show empathy on every call when they show no empathy to the burned out and exhausted staff. They change rotas all the time, you need to give them 6 WEEKS notice if you want to book holidays. Does not mean you will be able to go to that holiday because they can deny your request because it is constant revolving door and people leave all the time so they need "hours". AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!

Concentrix Copenhagen

wagwan, I’ve been working at Concentrix for over 6 months now, and I’ve enjoyed my time here. The workplace is ight, the offices are ight, and the vibe peak. one thing I really fck with is how the company actually takes time to show appreciation. with small things like little surprises and gestures that mean a lot and make you feel seen.
Sadly I’m leaving this summer because I’m starting school, so I gotta move onto a different path in life. it’s been a great experience and I’ve had a banging time during my time here. Big respect to everyone there.

Concentrix Malaga

Concentrix Malaga, located in Benalmadena are cheaters, many staff members have to contact the Union because of the non proffesonal company. What is says on the website is not true. To reach the companys goals, the leaders needs to take better care of their great workers. Swedish and Spanish leadership is the worse of project leaders and HR. For Scandinavians it is better to work in the Nordic countries.

The Webhelp chat bots in India appear…

The Webhelp chat bots in India appear to obfuscate enquiries on purpose.Endless chat bots that don’t give any precise information. It’s extremely stressful. I spent 5 hours in their chat bot feature and got **nothing precise** only non stop AI word salad slop. Nothing addressed , promises were boldly untruthful. No updates, and a please wait 24 hours to another 24 hours turns into 72 into infinity. This is cynical and fraudulent practice. No regard for businesses or customers. A business or customer can’t afford a service this diabolical and fraudulent. There is no way to obtain anything accurate. Everything that goes to chat bot India is gifted a whole suite full of incredibly patronising word salad chat or pseudo live human bot bots who don’t answer directly, only indirectly with endless reassurance but zero precision. It’s lying, basically, as the inconsistency in communication is such a joke, it’s non stop untruths. It’s Kafkaesque horror level.

Just boycott. Completely. Zero regard for customers, it’s highly distressing to deal with them. We should be compensated for the distress and circular hours of hellish cynical distant chat bot voices. I see why people have breakdowns from Webhelp Concentrix chatbots.

Anyway, fraudulent and zero trust in their communication. It’s a paid fobbing off service for clients embarrassment and loss of vital clients and customers who contract out this firm for “Webhelp” when it’s a transnational scam house.

The chat bot operators are so cynically detached from outcomes for the client using them as an outsource Webchat , it is giving obvious less savoury syndicate vibe.

I have doubts if the employees here are getting paid? Regularly? The passive aggressive destruction of the reputation is stellar via the collective chat bot live feature. It’s clear they hate their employer as much as the foreign contractors who use them mistakenly. We are a very volatile global market turning away from globalisation as the risk is bigger than reward for outsourcing jobs that should remain in an attached, in house, domestic market.

So kudos to the employees for their backhanded saboteur actions to give the final curtains to international CS WC contracts as belligerence to clients and customers will cost, especially now.

I’m waiting for a delightful canned response. One can already predict how it’s going to appear . However to the workers in this silent genius backhanded intentional weaponised incompetence anti corporate protest against their employer, I salute you. Solidarity,

I would never recommend Concentrix Portugal

I had a very negative experience working for Concentrix in Portugal.

First, the accommodation provided was not acceptable. The bedroom was extremely small, with visible stains on the wall behind the bed, no proper wardrobe, and the apartment was overcrowded (six people sharing a very limited space).

After resigning and respecting my notice period, I received my payslip and noticed over €600 in deductions, leaving a net payment of less than €700. I was absent only once, promptly provided justification, yet I was still deducted the equivalent of three days’ salary.

Despite multiple attempts to contact HR and Payroll for clarification, I received no response.

Additionally, a training session was cancelled just a few days before my departure to Portugal, causing me to lose approximately €300 in flight tickets, with no compensation offered.

Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to carefully consider before accepting a position under these conditions.

Concentrix Copenhagen a great place to be

I’ve been with Concentrix for the past 14 years, starting in Helsingborg Sweden and later continuing my journey with CNX Denmark. I began as an advisor, never imagining that what I thought would be a temporary role would turn into such a meaningful and rewarding career.
Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to grow and progress within the company, moving up the corporate ladder in ways I never expected. A big part of that journey has been the support and encouragement from my managers, who consistently pushed me to believe in myself and my abilities, something that truly reflects Concentrix’s values.
What makes Concentrix special is that many of our leaders and support staff started exactly where I did, as advisors, and worked their way up. It shows that there are real, endless opportunities here. If you’re motivated and willing to put in the effort, you can explore a wide range of roles and build a long-term career.
I genuinely love working at Concentrix and consider it my second home. The people make all the difference, great coworkers, a supportive environment, and regular events and activities that keep things engaging almost every month. Concentrix Copenhagen is truly the place to be.

As a global company, i can only speak for Concentrix Copenhagen and Helsingborg and both are great workplaces. The global aspect however also makes it possible to apply to roles all over the world what ch us a huge plus as well 😊

I started with Concentrix in 2016 as an advisor in Helsingborg sweden and soon became a Quality Evaluator, a role I truly loved. After a brief break, I returned and had the chance to relocate to Copenhagen as a Trainer, and now I’m a Team Leader for an amazing team.

What I value most is how Concentrix recognizes potential, invests in growth, and creates a workplace that truly supports its people. There’s always something going on in the Copenhagen office… whether it’s the appreciation snack train, fun competitions, or other engaging activities which makes it a lively and motivating place to work with the best collegues :)

What a joke!!!!!

I didn't want to give them ONE star! This is one HUGE fly-by-night company! All the bad reviews you see online are totally correct! Stay far away from this company! They can't assist with anything you may be having issues with, very unorganized, very aloof about what their own position consists of, etc. And they want to hire CSRs for the tax season, which will be over in a few weeks. They can't promise you any other position after this season ends either. So, you will waste your time dealing with all the headaches of training, only to work barely a few weeks, if that much! And they want you to buy your own equipment, which can run you into a lot of money; depending on what you already have that may or may not work for them. I'm so tired of these companies that try to hide all their BS, and try to make you think they are so wonderful. PLEASE BEWARE AND LOOK ELSEWHERE!!!!!!

Worst company I have worked for so far

Worst company I have worked for so far. Toxic work environtment, disrespectful behaviour, the most exploitative company I have work so far, which led to chronic health issues, including hearth problems, constantly shouting from the middle managers to the workers for no reason. All the people in the team were incompetent and it turned out they got their jobs unfairly and illigally without an official hiring. There were workers who did not work and were not given tasks, instead their tasks were given to others. These workers were incompetent, could not do basic tasks for their position and messed up what they did most of the time. The personal statistics for permormaces was manipulated every month so these incompetent workers had a higher score in order not to get fired.
The managers involve in workers personal life including entering their homes without permission, including stealing money from them.
