Lovely customer service from Harriet. My bra is fantastic great shape gives a great look and comfortable. The sizing on the shape pants could do with reviewing 8/10 then 14/16 suggest 12/14 .
Will be back for another bra !

The Conturve bras are brilliant I have never had such a comfortable bra I now have five. I have told all my family and friends about them too. Delivery and packaging was also extremely good. I would highly recommend this company and their products.

Great quality and oh so comfortable.
Just having issues with the daily bra being out of stock for weeks and weeks!

Update: following my review I have now had proper contact from customer services and they have refunded my money as well as offering me a choice of their shape wear free of charge. Finally got there in the end. I have suggested they review their use of bots in the future as this is where the problem lies.

The bra I ordered doesn’t fit properly, is uncomfortable and the extender has a hook missing. I have been playing ping pong email with a bot for 2 days and despite their returns policy supposedly ‘no hassle’ I am getting absolutely nowhere. Shocking customer service.

I have bought I think 8 bras now. Lost track a bit. They are the most comfortable bra I have ever worn, which is a lot at 63! No seams and look great under any top, dress etc. Hence lots of different colours. I did make a mistake with one order and a couple I didn’t want arrived. It was very frustrating when in communication with the bot that answered first . It gives instructions but that didn’t work for me and was winding me up I admit. However once I had communication with Harriet in customer service the whole thing was sorted out immediately. She is a credit to the company and immediately addressed my concerns. Some companies are a scam operator system these days and I had done my research before my first order. So naturally there is often a seed if doubt but not with this company, quality products at brilliant prices and bonus items when you order if you want. Highly recommend this company and as the bra is the best I have ever had will certainly only buy my bras from them from now on. Gone are the days of getting in from work and tearing the bra off as the first thing you do! Happy days.

Got the dusky pink in 2xl, tried on then ordered another in white. Measured my bust then realised I'm a different size, gone to smaller size. Conturve exchanged it for the next size down for free. Most comfortable bra I have ever had

I don't like the fit or support of the bra. I tried to return for refund but can only get exchange or keep it for "green" partial refund. Their refund policy offers a full refund but I am not finding that possible.

Purchased an all in one to wear under a specific dress
Arrived quickly and very nicely packaged.
I did follow the instructions on how to put in on , this made getting into very easy.the item pulled my large tum in and was very comfortable to wear.
Also have contrive bras which are the comfortable bra I’ve ever worn …. Thank you .

Nothing was too much trouble from my easy exchange to my returns for refund . Due to bra cups being too small, apart from that I loved the bra's and I was gutted they didn't fit . I didn't have to return but still received a refund without any delay . Would recommend 100%

The website is very user friendly, the bras are great quality lovely & soft but give you a good support. I would prefer a lower cut as the bra does show in some of my tops, but that is the only negative I have. It's also worth mentioning that the sizes are very accurate, Quick delivery. Will definitely be buying more.

Ladies with large breasts, this company is for you! I found the seamless sports bra to be the best for me as well as the shaping vest and cami. Customer service is outstanding, Harriet has responded to my enquiries promptly in a friendly yet professional manner always within 24 hours. Absolutely fantastic service and products!

I ordered a bra in my ordinary bra size and when it arrived it was to big. I emailed to ask for advice on sizing. I received a response within an hour and was advised on how to measure myself properly. Harriet then guided me to the correct size. Harriet also arrange my exchange and new order. She was most helpful and provided excellent customer service. The best ive had in a long time. Harriet genuinely cares for her customers.

Bought a cami & strapless bra which we ok ( though the jury is still out with the bra). I thought they were actually letting me have a different bra at 80% off. Don't fall for this! There is no support, it rolls up & there's some strange padding in the cup. Tried to return but not allowed to - I must have missed some small print!! It won't happen again as I've unsubscribed. I'll be going back to Shapermint.

I now have 3 of your bras because they are so comfortable. I have been looking for ages to find a bra that suited me & now I have found one. If I had one minor thing that I would change is that I am narrow shouldered do would have liked the straps to not be quite so far apart. I plan to try another style you produce - they look so nice.
One question you kindly exchanged a bra that was the wrong size ordered. How do I return the one that doesn’t fit ? Many thanks from one satisfied customer.

I ordered the wrong size bra by mistake and contacted Conturve. Harriet responded promptly to reassure me she had amended my order to the correct size. Fast, efficient and very friendly customer service.

I bought 1 ultimate comfort support bra, it was delivered within 48 hours! I found it so comfortable and supportive that I ordered 2 more! It is the most comfortable bra I have ever worn! I am 61 and will always buy these now!

I bought 2 of the ultimate comfort wireless support bras and they are so comfortable and soft yet support really well. Customer service is excellent. I will only buy this make in future

Im not happy as i have e mailed conturve twice asking to exchange my bra as it is too large. They state they will go above and beyond to help with a return. The date of my second e mail to Conturve was 25th December and I have been waiting ever since. More than enough time for them to reply. Not good enough.
This bra wasnt cheap and i bought it several weeks ago and imediately contacted cust services TWICE and heard nothing. I have checked my junk mail too everyday and still no reply. Very poor service and it seems I am stuck with a bra that wasnt cheap and dosnt fit it is unwearable. Thanks for nothing conturve. I do not reccomend conturve . Since this review conturve have replied to the review and my emails at last and are now putting things right so that is good result even though jt has taken this to get their attention.

I was delighted to discover how comfortable these bras are; they are the best bra I have ever worn. The quality is superb, the comfort is sublime and the look is so feminine. I have now ditched all my other bras and have the Conturve in each colour.
