I have bought from them before and all was ok, this time I placed the order through Facebook and should have got free p&p but the order went straight through without the free p&p I was going to order another bra with that one but the order goes through without giving you a chance to review it, so I sent another order, this time it knocked the p&p off. I messaged conturve but got no reply from them so I replied to their email like they stated that I could and still got no reply so I messaged them for the third time and yet again no reply. Not very good if you've got a problem with their products there's no customer service.
It is a shame because I do like the products. Still plenty more companies out there for me to buy from, hopefully with a customer service department.

Returns policy, and customer service, very bad.
Bought 2XL bra, too big, ask for refund or exchange, they recommended XL, this bras also a poor fit, no support. Now I am getting, item un -returnable. Emailed about six times, getting automated response. Still trying to get refund. I have now have two bras which are no good for me. And out of pocket. Feel, like I have been scammed. So much for there 60days money back guarantee. Would not use this Companty.

Just received my strapless bra. I ordered the medium but it digs into my flesh under my arms so makes me look like I’ve got sausage across my chest. I’m usually a 32 E

I have searched everywhere for the perfect bra. I have not only found bandeau/strapless (with optional straps), but sports, bras and pull-on every-day bras that are so comfortable and without faff with Conturve! They are perfect for me - I am a larger-busted woman and I took a chance on buying my first one (the bandeau) after seeing an ad online.
Website's easy to use - good offers on often - sizing is perfect too.

Total joke of a company, ordered a bra then decided to cancel, still waiting 10 days later no money back and the bra apparently is still in packing, every time I complain they send the same email each time offering 10% off, really! I’m fuming!

Purchased a second one I was so pleased.

The fit and comfort of these bras is wonderful. I only got them because I was having unexplained pain in my right side and needed a bra with no wire. I am a 38H and wasn't sure these would give enough support but I was so wrong! I now have numerous bras, camisoles and pants as they are the comfiest things I've ever worn. I wish I'd found them sooner.

Bought a strapless bra after reading reviews ,wore it on Saturday and my husband took a picture of me as going out ,my boob's looked awful in my halterneck top ,no support ,yes was comfy but drooped and fell to the side ,ive thrown everything so won't be able to send back I ordered 36 g

Received my bra and it fitted perfectly so much so I ordered three more but different colours,they are comfortable and the material is lovely and soft,gave me a cleavage ive never had,even though the bras I use to wear had wires. Never going back to underwire bras again. 😊 Order Received in great time, customer service was friendly when I got in touch with them about an idea I had. Would definitely recommend.

I ordered two items, the ultimate comfort bra is the most comfortable and supportive non wired bra I’ve ever worn. I’m a 40G so this is no mean feat!
The bandeau bra was sadly not suitable for my size but the help I got from Harriet in Customer Services was fantastic and I’ve got an exchange arranged for another ultimate comfort bra and I haven’t had to go to the trouble of returning the bandeau one, it will be given away.
It’s so refreshing to be able to place an online order and receive such good customer service if things don’t go right. I will definitely be a repeat customer.
Please can you look into making a bandeau for us larger busted ladies as it’s always been something I’ve had trouble with.

I struggled to find a bra following a mastectomy and reconstruction but found Conturve and they were absolutely brilliant 👏 Great bras that are a comfortable fit with excellent Customer Service. Highly recommend.

I have 4 shaper bras and I have been really pleased with the fit and how comfortable they are but in my last order CT1565721 the skin coloured bra was definitely a different fit - nearly an inch shorter in the depth of the garment. This made it uncomfortable to wear and I was conscious of it the whole time. All the other bras are perfectly OK.

Great products. Was and wear so well. I am big up top, and struggle with bras as they are never comfy. I have been wearing these bras for over a month now and they are soooo comfortable. They are very supportive too,which I will be very honest, I was surprised by.
I had an issue with fit and size with my first bra,however a lovely lady in customer service ,sorted for me extremely quickly with no fuss at all. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend these bras ,or the service, to anyone . Fantastic

This is a wonderful bra. I have spent a pretty penny trying to find a strapless bra that keeps the twins in place whilst not making them look like a hotdog once on.
They don’t move, they’re lifted, have a nice shape and it’s comfortable.
I have a chronic pain condition and can’t wear anything underwired and it’s been a personal quest to find something that ticks all the boxes, this does.

Comfy bra that arrived quickly, very happy

I've recently purchased 2 of the shaper bras which are excellent, so I decided to try the throw on day bra.
I bought a medium but although it fitted and was comfortable it was a little tight on the band, but Conturve immediatly exchanged for a large which fits beautifully, I bought the pink and have now bought pale blue and lilac, they are super comfy and give a lovely shape and support, superb service again from Conturve on the exchange and advice, respond so quickly, I'm very happy with both styles of bra

Love these bras, so comfortable and give just as much support as a wired bra without the associated discomfort. I now have 4 of their bras and will never buy from elsewhere again.
