I have actually ordered from this website before, and have been pleased with my comfortable bras, this time, in ordering a new bra, it eas slightly tight, however needed to send back, on liaising with Harriet from Customer Services, she was extremely helpful and very polite with requesting a refund. I will be buying from this website again, as I know they are trustworthy…

Bra is lovely and soft but the material used on the hook and eye fastening is very scratchy and irritating to my skin. Shame the same quality is not maintained throughout. Also knicker sizing is poor, medium far too big for me a size 10 and could not return.

The pink one from my first order seems to be more irritating than the black ordered second. I have worn the black one all day without issue. I have washed the pink one to see if it feels better next time I try it on. The main bra is lovely and soft.

Really pleased with the Conturve strapless bandeau bra. Very supportive. I’ve tried quite a few strapless bras over the years but this one is definitely the best so far. Would definitely recommend.

Bought the wrong size. Customer service was first class and replaced my bras for a smaller size. So impressed, I bought a strapless bra and an all in one bra. Both perfect.

I had problems finding a comfortable bra which was non wired and padded for my size, a 24 dress size. On finding the conturve bra it fitted perfectly and was no comfortable. I have now lost a lot of weight but still bought these as the comfort is second to none. I will be buying more in every colour. Thank you Conturve.

Some things you need to be aware of speaking from my experience. Their sizes are interesting so if you have concerns thinking you can send back if it doesn't fit then this is where it gets interesting. Recent order £37.97 was no good, item rolls down so I emailed to try and get help to get a better size, no reply to my email so after a struggle finding returns section put in to send them back. They then tried to get me to accept an exchange to save me the £3 that's taken from you along with the postage paid to get the items to you, interesting read on the government website re distance selling and returns. This practice in my opinion 100% needs looking at as a company so that you are in line with what is on the government website re returns etc. So I quickly received my refund minus the postage I paid and the £3 they deduct from you and was told to keep the items. My review was a much lower star rating because of the terrible returns system in place, I had items that were no good to me and down by nearly £7. The very poor review of course prompted action by customer service and I was asked to provide more details. Since my review the £3 has been refunded and I was offered a free item of my choice because of what had taken place. Taking them up on this kind offer I opted for a bra this time (didn't want to chance orginal item in larger size) It was despatched quickly, arrived today, fits well and I look forward to wearing it. I guess the main thing the company needs to learn is that you cannot just take £3 off people as it pleases you, if an order is okay to be returned you need to start accepting them and refunding customers as per what's on the government website which in some cases will be the full amount p&p included. It also shouldn't take bad reviews for customer service to act and do the right thing, the right thing should be done as soon as we reach out to you with our concerns. Thank you for your help in the end which was much appreciated.

Genuinely is the most comfortable bra I've ever worn - been looking at the ads on social media for months, decided to try one - so pleased i've just ordered two more and I'm off to throw my uncomfortable 'hand wash only' wired bras in the bin now!

Ordered an Ultimate Comfort wireless bra and it is so comfortable and supportive. Very pleased. I needed to use the bra extender but the cup size was perfect. The service I received was excellent. Ordered the wrong size by accident, they sent me another and let me keep the wrong size one which my friend has had and she is very happy too. Will definitely be ordering again.

I am literally ecstatic about my purchases from Conturve! I bought a bra and some panties. I've never experienced such comfort. It's amazing! The fit and the softness are superb, giving me that extra confidence that I need. A BIG thank you to Conturve for your excellent products.

This bra is amazing. Easy to put on and to take off. Extremely comfortable and has enough support for me to wear in the gym as a sports bra. Excellent company to deal with!

Ordered two bras, when they came the fit was a little too snug. Was really easy to switch to a size up which was brilliant as most places are a hassle.
New ones fit much better, I hate bras with underwire but my other ones without would not give me any definition and I'd basically have saggy monoboob, these however give great support and I actually have cleavage and still feel like I'm not wearing a bra!

I am a more mature women and plus size so was a little hesitant regarding ordering bras online after seeing an add on FB. However after several months I decided to give it a go . Unfortunately I didn't trust their size chart and went with want I thought . After all they have a 60 day money back guarantee (I also hoped that , that was true) . The bras came and were too big excellent customer service and they exchanged my bras the new ones are fabulous so comfortable. The top overlay part the band around the bottom does fold up but I dont feel it or notice and knew it would as I have rolls . Im not quite sure how the design works but a colleague at work who is half my age but really struggles to find a supportive bra as she has a very large bust also tried them after my recommendation was absolutely thrilled, that she down can wear a non wired bra that gives her the same support as an underwire bra . Well done conturve. I would say to any a little worried how can a bra fit different shape wome with out cup size give it ago what have you got to loose with their exchange service my experience has been excellent and will be purchasing more in the future. 😊

Excellent service. The bra didn’t fit (comfy but too large) and so I used their exchange service to swap for a different size. They allowed me to keep the first item and sent out another.

First time user with this company.
Ordered high waisted shorts / stomache control. Really lovely material, unfortunately these where too long legged for me.
Customer service really good.
Now have high waisted panty for special occasion.
Have since bought a fabulous bra from them.
So comfortable never knew a non wired bra could be so comfortable, will certainly buy again.

I was skeptical, as I'm a sucker for Internet ads which promise the earth, however, I read some positive reviews and thought I'd give these bras a try. Ive recently lost weight, I'm still a size 16 so a 'normal' woman. Wasn't sure what size so read the advice and went for xl. The fit is perfect with excellent support and shaping. You can't see the bra under clothes and my goodness, its so comfortable! You really don't know you're wearing it and don't get that urge at the end of the day to whip it off and sling the thing across the room 😆 I would 100% recommend. The pants are nice too. Hopefully the range of colours will be extended as currently you can't get matching pants for all the bra colours. I'm deducting a star for the delivery, which was quite slow.

My Bras didn’t fit properly and one had a weird ugly apron over the front. It could have been quite a nice bra without this weird superstructure. I decided to keep it for when nobody was around to see me. I notice now they the fit in the cup is awful. It’s too roomy. I don’t think their sizing has much chance of fitting many people.

The other bra didn’t even nearly fit me. It was absolutely rubbish. The sizing system is really weird with the whole range of conventional brass sizings all crammed into a few sizes, presumably for the convenience of Conturve. I wanted to exchange the worst bra but found out quite soon that I couldn’t do that neither could I return it.

I wrote a review on here at the time but deleted it when I had a contact from the company offering to help me. I sent them the details and heard nothing for a couple of weeks. Today I’ve had another email from them sending me to the refund section. I completed the form and I was told that I couldn’t have a refund. To my mind if I have purchased something substandard, I certainly can have a refund.

I’m really fed up of this company. I strongly suggest that you avoid it at all costs they will take your money and the sizing is awful then you can’t have a refund unless they deem it acceptable. I will never be using this company again.

After to and fro with emails, including annoying incorrect automated responses which aggravated things, my situation was resolved and I am very satisfied.

I'm disappointed after all the hype about these bras as the 4 I received are awful
I tried the size recommended and thought the reason they fitted badly was they were too big but when I received the next size down...the fit was just as bad.
Gaping under the arm and the "support" sticking out at the sides. I wouldn't be able to wear witha t-shirt or anything close fitting plus uncomfortable.
Now apparently they're non returnable.
I'm wondering if the reviews are genuine after what I received.
I'm fuller busted and thought I'd have a supportive unwired Bra but I'm left out of pocket and still need to buy a better bra.

These are by far the best bra's I have ever worn with all the comfort of a sports bra and the support without the wires so much that I have 5 in different colours

I've been wearing conturve bras for around 6 months. While I agree they are comfortable, despite what the adverts say they are nowhere near as supportive as an underwired bra. I'm only a C/D cup but my girls, who my husband calls Perky and Perky, have actually started to sag since wearing these bras. Also, the sides don't give any support at all, they're soft, so your boobs kinda bulge around the sides, which is noticeable in certain clothes and looks odd. I've gone back to wires I'm afraid.

* Update: thanks for the response Conturve. So it's my boobs that are at fault then, not your bras.....

I wanted to exchange one bra asked how I send the other one back and they said I could keep it. Bonus
