Useful range of quotes provided from actual conveyancing legal firms, not just brokers or third parties. I did my own research on each of them and selected the one I felt most comfortable with - not the cheapest but they had good reviews on multiple forums. Once confirmed I received a call from Stacey who was super friendly and helpful in walking me through the next steps. Their referral fee is included in the quote I received, so no nasty surprises or hidden fees. Only just confirmed so a way to go yet but so far very helpful and saved me some time.

I contacted the Conveyancing Index and spoke to Debbie Matthews. I was selling a property in Gloucestershire but, as I live in Northern Ireland, had to use a solicitor on mainland UK. I had been quoted £1,600 for conveyancing by a firm in Gloucestershire. Debbie's quote was £600, so it was a no-brainer! Excellent service from Debbie. Thank you.
