I have no words. Customer service is simply non existing.
I received an incorrect yearly invoice with over 1000€ extra cost, and 5 weeks later still trying to get a response.
Coolblue did not reply to any of my emails. When I call them, they politely tell me they will address it immediately, but nothing happens… this is not the way I like to be treated as a customer.
Update: 2 weeks later and after replying Coolblue’s request from information, after calling them again…. NOTHING … still no resolution. How long does it take to fix an invoice?

I received a phone call from a Joyce that our contract will end on 9 Nov ,,, I thought this strange as I have just agreed a new contract with Cool Blue for 3 years,,, in this day and age this should not happen,,,makes me very nervous as to their competence

They bungled my sign up, can’t fix my app to even show my electricity usage, customer service completely unhelpful, then when I say I’m fed up and want to leave they threaten a fee.

This is for cool blue airco. It takes forever for them to reply. Very slow, very poor attention for the client. Unclarity for the planning. We are already 2 months later than expected on the service and it is always me chasing them.
I’ve been using Coolblue Energy for a while now, and overall, my experience has been quite positive. The operation is smooth, and I haven’t encountered any major complaints. The service is reliable, and everything works as expected.
However, I do have one issue. The real-time daily consumption data is not visible on the website for me, which is quite inconvenient. Additionally, when I reached out to customer service for help, they were not very helpful in resolving this issue.
Despite this, my overall experience has been good, and I hope they can improve their customer service and website functionality in the future.

Do NOT get solar panels installed from Coolblue. Within months after installation, our roof started leaking and coolblue support has not been of any help. The damage company they hired to investigate this did not even go up the roof to check anything. They simply blamed bad weather without doing any check and asked us to contact the insurance company. This is just causing the delay in fixing and is making it worse.
Got a good price via Eigenhuis auction, so I can not say much about the cost. I get my electricity and gas like I expect, so that is normal.
What I miss is the lack of an informative and detailed webpage on energy use and cost, on at least a daily basis, both on Web and mobile. Their monthly report is only marginally useful.
Outstanding service and customer contact. Monthly ands annual summaries of energy usage are very useful. Prices competitive. We are two people in an apartment so energy use during warmer months is much reduced - this offsets the higher payments during winter.
Coolblue Energie Longer period of delivering Energy and Gaz to my. Very well supplied with monthly information, No issues, no surprises, clear contractual information. Hopefully a renewal can be arranged soon. Overall I'm a happy customer.

When there was an issue with the power they weren’t very helpful- just sent us to our power provider.
This company is the best! It is easy to conclude a contract with them, they are responsible, they immediately added me to their list, there is a possibility of feedback and they respond very quickly. Because before I applied here, I tried to conclude an agreement with other companies and they lost my application there, the waiting time was very long, etc. Glad I found this company!
Great, competitive prices. Good, clear customer portal on the coolblue website. And great discounts on their energy saving products.
I was overcharged more than 1000 Euro and over 3 months later still no refund I must have to take legal procedures unbelievable
