I reached out to Cooley LLP for transactional legal representation and was disappointed by their intake response times and lack of communication. While they are undoubtedly a prominent firm, my direct communication experience did not reflect the high-velocity responsiveness required for corporate deal-making.

For transparency, here was the outreach timeline:

Aug 15, 2026: Initial inquiry submitted.

Aug 19, 2026: First response received from Cooley; I replied the same day.

Aug 28, 2026: Follow-up email sent after 9 days of silence regarding my previous message.

Sept 1, 2026: Still no acknowledgment or reply received.

After going multiple business days without a response to an active inquiry, I ultimately withdrew my request and chose to pivot to another firm. If proactive communication, speed, and tight turnaround times are non-negotiable for your business, consider this timeline when reaching out for initial consultation.

Had a job interview, attendees was the HM and HR advisor.. clearly during this they both were taking notes...i didnt get a next round interview they sent me an email template to say this.. i replied to ask for feedback... not to my surprise with hr or recruiters, they can't be bothered to now reply..
