Amazing installation
The installation went exactly as planned, arrived on time, had the correct product and tools to do his task. Installation was much quicker than I expected, not as noisy as expected and he cleaned up beautifully. Very professional service Highly recommend 5 *****

Very quick from start to finish.
Excellent quality windows and door, the whole process took just over two weeks from order to fitting.
The two man team who came to fit three windows and a door where polite and professional and had all work completed in under three hours.
The only negative I can think of is the design consultant promised a discount for the inconvenience of the technical issues she had on the day she visited, but unfortunately this discount wasn’t shown on the final bill.

Outstanding solution, exemplary service at a very fair price.
In the last few years we have had several double glazed windows replaced by three different suppliers.
None were bad, of course, but comfortably the best has been Coral.
We challenged Coral to find a solution to replace existing patio doors with a window with a new wall built below, but because we have unusual bricks which are no longer available in the size we required, Coral worked with us to find an acceptable solution. In the end, we chose triple glazed French doors. They look beautiful, appear to reduce ambient noise levels, and not only that but they came in at a price advantage against the originally planned build.
Ultimately, we are thrilled with the outcome, and I especially wish to note our delight at the way Coral’s sales manager Dave worked tirelessly with us to produce an outcome we would be completely happy with. If only every supplier were this professional.

Good quality, friendly, efficient and tidy
Everyone is very friendly, the service is tip top. We had some building work done, as well as doors and a window, and the builders, Richard and Josh, did a superb job, nothing was too much trouble. The end product is just what we wanted. They were very friendly, helpful, and tidied up after themselves as they went along. The new doors make the house feel refreshed and new, the quality of the doors finally keeping out the draughts.

Untidy
From estimate to fitting all went really smoothly the only thing that needs addressing is the tidy up aflter the job was done .
A piece of the old frame was left on the floor outside with some debris over the patio area.
In the kitchen one of the lads had trod silicon all over the floor.
There was also some debris left in the bathroom where the work was carried out

Spent £6600 for a new conservatory roof…
Spent £6600 for a new conservatory roof . Initially finished off very poor and was up to me to take the pictures for them to see just what a bad finish it was .
We then had a bad leak when it rained , they sent someone out who confirmed it was their fault , we had to wait 3 MONTHS for someone to come and repair it !!! Poor after care coral windows, won’t have them again . Not even a courtesy call after waiting 3 months to confirm they were coming . Just poor

Having poor doors on this new build by…
Having poor doors on this new build by Gleesons home when I first moved in . Rain leaking through ect not been able to get in or out in winter.
Thanks to coral they have been excellent and replaced the both doors front and back with no issues. The workmanship has been spot on and the Customer service
My parents have also been with them many years from previous adress And you can’t fault them good quality doors and fantastic friendly customer service
