My parcel was sent to Guyana from Mexico on 6th of March,2026 by 10th of March parcel is with the customs.for over 70days no update received on the item. customer service is very poor. company image is on the low if you compared to other postal services
I will be extremely disappointed and angry if any case of theft or loss is experienced with my parcel after this long wait.....

So disappointing this service. It's not the first time they lose my package. And now this time my package (destination to mexico city) is in Finland!!! Arrived to Mexico then 5 days later is in turkey then Finland... it was already in Mexico. What happened? Why this situation again. Why correos de México lose my packages and has a terrible delivering. Not happy with this situation. I tried to call and no one answer. I try to contact by email and it says it doesn't exist the email address. Are you serious!?! This is the WORST SERVICE EVER. I want my package or money back. It's not fair I'm trusting a service that loses my packages.

Paid more than 40 USD for an urgent letter to Austin Texas, from Nueva Laredo. That is an 4 hour drive, but after 5 days, the letter hasn't even moved from the post office.

Rediculously BAD SERVICE!!!!!!

Edit: The "urgent" letter took more than 3 weeks to arrive!

Sent a package to my girlfriend in Mexico like 2 months ago, there wasn’t even anything valuable in it? Literally a letter inside of an old PC game that she grew up playing, with a Lego squirtle and it still hasn’t been delivered, I have a feeling it got stolen, I just don’t know who could possibly be thy much of a pendent to even want to open that package ;/ I hate this lack of integrity being displayed by this company. IF THE PERSON WHO STOLE IT IS READING THIS MESSAGE, you are a broke ass pendejo

Item arrived pretty quick. Sent first class international from Missouri to Veracruz Mexico. Took about 10 days for usps to get it to Mexico City. Another two weeks for correos de Mexico to get it to its destination. This was the cheapest shipping option and made it within the advertised window (10-21 business days). Pretty good IMO

I have bought an item from ebay on 11/1/2021 but still haven't received my item.
Now the seller is also not replying nor I can track anything anymore. I'm really a helpless guy.
Waiting for some reply as it was a registered post with tracking number.

I bought an iphone-12 on 26 Jan 2021 from ebay,I was sent the Item from mexico through mexico postal service (correos de mexico). Today 18ths march 2021 I received my parcel containing an old, broken iphone 5 that has no battery or charger.
I have decided to return the item since it's not what I paid for.
This company is a Den of Petty thieves.
Here in all African countries, international parcels and items are respected and are not stolen.
May all people working in this company never prosper in life, may you continue to toil for the rest of your lives in vain. Let this suffering be transferred from generation to genaration without an end or mercy.
Strange diseases and unfortunate evens should surround your lives for as long as your of this world.
Correos de mexico should send my real item!

I waited for two months only for my international item to be returned to sender without an honest and clear explanation. I wasn't allowed to pick it up from the post office, despite multiple requests, again, no explanation for this either. They did not answer the phone but at least they responded to my emails... Even the return process has been going on for weeks now. Next time I'll have to splash out on private courier and simply avoid businesses that use this service, this quite a waste of time and money.

A postal service full of incompetence! I posted a parcel to Mexico recently using REGISTERED and insured mail from Sweden only to find that once the parcel entered Mexico it has since vanished! The Mexican Postal Service is not only incompetent but it seems endorses the loss and/or theft of international mail. The Mexican Postal Service can NOT be trusted! Post items at your peril to Mexico as even registered items will be lost or stolen! What kind of country allows a national postal service to lose or steal international post? This speaks volumes about Mexico and the Mexican Postal Service!
