Not sure what people are talking about with dead spins.
Yes my free spins welcome bonus win was only 60p for 50 free spins but I won my money back and a little extra to keep playing for a bit so I am happy.
I have requested a withdrawal just so will update review and stars once that comes through.
Good website so far though.
SCAM SITE!!!!! AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!!
Had a welcome offer clearly advertised on the sign up, choose between 50 spins on big bass or 100% deposit match, I deposited £25 and picked the match....it showed in my bonuses but won't allow me to use it. Contacted CS they denied this offer was even on their site?!?! I took screenshots and sent them over, proving not only was it advertised but it was sitting in my bonuses blatant to see! I was told it would be escalated to the relevant department for them to look into?? What's to check? I've proved it and you need to honour it!! I haven't heard a single word back!! DO NOT sign up and DO NOT Deposit. This is a rigged, scam site. Fact! Spread the word and make sure these thieves have zero custom
So joined as it looked OK deposited 159.00 this week and site seem very rigged 1 bonus paid 35 then dead on big bass Vegas took the whole lot not 1 bonus and seems to repeat the reels a lot noticed 1 scatter lands bottom of first reel always and 2 on 3 and 4th reel at bottom something ain't right with this site its either very small private casino not many customers or they just rigged their slots and don't pay out of 130 had 2 bonuses on different bets all as low as 30x payouts won't be going back closing account before they take more .
My genuine experience of cosmicspins.com today. Joined with a welcome bonus. Over 300 spins and not a single bonus! From the gameplay it plays like it has been programmed not to give any gameplay / bonuses.
Tried to close my account and been on live chat over an hour with no response. They clearly don't like people closing their accounts. I then tried to send a request through message on the website and filled out the form and sent it off, was then told by pop up that my request wouldn't be sent as my email address needed to be verified, which I had already done. Wasted enough time on this dreadful site.
So basically you are unable to win anything on this website and you are also then unable to close your account. About time it was closed down!
Be warned you will never make a withdrawal from this site!
