Didn't receive the product I ordered. Their website states if it's their errorc they'll pay the shipping for return/ exchange. They refused to do that. Offered 10% discount .. then 20% .. then 30%. When I told them I wanted to return for a refund , they didn't know the address to ship them back. What a joke. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THESE JOKERS!

BEWARE. DONT BUY FROM HERE Shoes poor quality and bad fit.
They suggested I gift them to someone, then offered 15% discount despite me saying I will return them fir full refund. Then threatened that my parcel may get lost on return and that would be at my expense, I still said I’d return for refund and suddenly they said they were “moving” so they didn’t know what the new address would be.

Zero stars. These are terrible quality and do not look like the photos at all. The company website states they offer refunds, but when I reached out to get one, they will not refund the money, but tried to offer me only 10% of the cost. After emailing back and forth with them, they stated they don't even have an address to return the item to, and the most they can refund is 30%. They are lyng about their refund policy. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM COSYLANDS!! Total crap product, company and customer service.

Zero stars for these scam artists. I ordered 4 pair of shoes, received 2. FINALLY received the third 2 months later after weeks of back and forth and disputing the charges with my bank. The 4th pair never arrived. I’ve been emailing them for a month now about this, disputing the charges with my bank, and finally got another email that said, “we are sorry we don’t send your shoes for a long time. The shoes is not out of stock? Do you want to wait? …..” ….. are you kidding me? This is the WORST company to purchase from. Do not give in to the advertising!!!!

If I could select zero stars I would! Ordered a pair of shoes from this company and they were way to big, so their sizing is definitely off. When I reached out to them for refund instructions they suggested I give the shoes to someone as a gift or they could send me a 10% coupon to use on my next purchase. THERE WILL NOT BE A NEXT PURCHASE!! Total scam, Do Not Waste Your Money On Purchasing Anything From This Company!

They are the worst. They don't provide refunds for the cheap cheesy products. They lied about not having a returned address because they don't want me to send them back. Please don't purchase from them.

Buyer Beware! The curtains I ordered were supposed to be blackout which they were not. They only do returns during the first 7 days and that’s only if they’re defective. Plus all the reviews are 4+ stars and there was no way to leave a review.
So what do you get if you’re unhappy? Why a 10% off coupon for your next purchase. I don’t think so.

This is the WORST company to shop at. They lie on their whole website. I ordered $50 boots that were not even close to what they advertised on their website. I contacted them to get my full refund that they also advertise on their website. They try to make you give it to someone else. It’s HORRIBLE customer service. Will NEVER buy from them again and will make sure to tell everyone not to.

The comfortor was two sheets sown together, the curtains rod holders were plastic and were not even attached completely to the fabric. The pictures were very distorted and subpair. Do not order from this company. 😒

COSYLANDS IS HORRIBLE..DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM

I ordered a size 7 shoe from them and they sent me a size 8. I cannot fit these shoes. I’ve requested to return the shoes for a 100% refund and they keep trying to negotiate a lesser amount. First, they wanted to send me a 10% refund and asked me to keep the shoes and give them to someone as a gift. I said “no”, and again asked for a complete refund. I was purchasing these shoes to wear to a special event; therefore, I had to go out and buy another pair of shoes. I would like for Cosylands to refund me 100%. They sent me the wrong size shoe; therefore, why should I take such a loss? Now, they keep telling me that the most they can refund me is 30%. This company has terrible customer service. Had they sent me the size shoe I ordered, we wouldn’t be having this issue. I’ve even suggested that I return the wrong size shoes they sent me and they can send me the size I ordered and they don’t even want to do that. They are horrible to say the least. This issue still hasn’t been resolved.

TOTAL SCAM!!!! China based company, which is not disclosed when you purchase. Took a month to get my shoes and every single shoe was the wrong item. Their return policy is a total lie, they do NOT honor it in any way. They sent me three pairs of the wrong shoes and said they aren't going to give my money back just because I don't like the shoes and I should just give them away as presents if I don't want them. Filed a claim with PayPal to get my money back. They refuse to send a shipping label for return.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This company is a scam. False advertising. They say they are based in Germany, they are in China, delivery says 10 days, over 1 month to arrive and when the shoes arrive, the wrong size and very, very cheaply made with white glue all around. Do NOT, I repeat do NOT buy from them!!!

BUYER BEWARE - FRAUD
This company is unscrupulous! Their website has glitches and reverted my chosen size to a size 5. When I advised them of this & tried to negotiate an exchange, I received the below reply highlighting that THEY DO NOT HONOR THEIR RETURNS POLICY.

I bought some sneakers from cosysandals, they were defective and now they only want to give me $6 back after I have to pay to have them shipped back...to China. After looking at their website further, it said they had a US location. I then asked about shipping the shoes to that location and then they said yes, that’s an option. An option that you weren’t going to tell me about and were going to instead have me ship the defective shoes back to China?! I shouldn’t have to pay to have defective shoes sent back to the company anyway. And I am getting nothing but the run around via email. Horrible customer service.

This company is indeed a fraud. I never received my order after more than 1 month. After numerous emails they refuse a refund and tell me it is stuck at the post office and still on its way. Completely fraudulent!

Absolutely do not order from this company. It's been 25 days since I placed my order and i still do not have my package. I've emailed three times and the response is always the same: apologizing for the inconvenience, telling me it's at Fedex, and telling me to check the tracking number in a few days. This company is a joke and i want a refund.

I ordered my shoes 4/28 and received them 5/1, and the quality was very good for the price. I will be purchasing more shoes from Cosysandals! So happy with my shoes, can't wait to wear them all summer!
