Thank you for your review. It is quite funny you say this after 1 whole year when you didn’t get your own way asking for free products.

If you didn’t know the conditions and they were ‘hidden’ you would not of emailed in asking for free course access you knew you wasn’t entitled to. You knew exactly what you purchased.

There is no trap and the terms and conditions are clearly listed on our website for everyone to see.

The reason you are writing this review is because you did not finish your courses within the 12 month timeframe you knew you had. You emailed in asking for 5 extra months for free because you didn’t finish your courses within the year you had to do so and your request was denied. You didn’t try and discuss any issues.

You cannot dictate your access period yourself and you have no entitlement to demand anything off us for free, it’s clearly outlined to all customers and students what they are purchasing. It is not rude for us to refuse your request for free access to the course past your expiry date.

You then decided to go on PayPal and dispute every payment you ever made to us in an attempt to defraud us as a business.

We was not rude and we did not threaten you, we clearly informed you that if you try to defraud us by disputing legitimate payments and claiming back funds you owed us we would have to take action against you to regain the funds you owe for the product you purchased.

In life you have to take accountability for your own actions and our service is not poor just because you did not use your programme within the timeframe you had to use it.

Nor is it poor because we won’t give you free course access just because you demand it.

Based on your actions we have clearly stated that we refuse to ever accept you as a student again, as a business we would only turn down business if we had a legitimate reason to do so. The reason we did is because you are a problem customer who has tried to defraud us as a business, we do not want any dealings with such people nor do we want to have them enrolled within any of our programmes.

Thank you for your review.

Unfortunately you haven’t told the truth with this review in regards to the cancellation policy.

1. You asked the advisor on the phone before sign up if you could cancel if you didn’t get on well with the course. They clearly told you that you couldn’t cancel.

2. This is clearly outlined in our terms and conditions which you didn’t read.

3. This is clearly outlined in the terms of learning emailed to you with your logins that it tells you is imperative to read, which as you explained yourself in your review you did not read.

Your comment saying ‘I strongly advise you to be 100% certain about committing to the course before proceeding’ is exactly what the advisor told you on the phone before sign up.

You stated ‘I assumed it was just standard login instructions’ but further on in your review said you never purchased a course before. How would you know what standard login instructions are if this is your first time buying a course? These are standard terms with the majority of course providers.

You’ve clearly admitted it’s your own mistake and you didn’t bother to read anything issued to you throughout the process so I am unsure what the point of this review is.

You had many opportunities not to go ahead with this such as:

1. When the advisor told you that there isn’t an option to cancel if you utilise the training.

2. If you had read our terms and conditions and did not agree with anything in them.

3. If you had read the finance companies terms and conditions and did not agree with anything in them.

4. If you had read our terms of learning and did not agree with anything in them.

These were all accessible and presented to you before you logged in.

As you clearly understand from explanation in your review, you are responsible for not reading all the information presented to you before sign up and login and therefore you have to hold yourself solely accountable for that.

The reason these terms are in place is due to the fact when the course licenses are activated and utilised by logging into the training there is a cost incurred to us as a company both with the course licenses and the exam costs.

We did all we could as a company and informed you on the phone that utilising this would prevent cancellation, have it clearly stated in our terms of learning, send this information out with your logins and tell you it again on the phone with your welcome call from a tutor or mentor.

We cannot do more than that and it’s solely down to you to listen to/read the information properly.

Although your review is a complete lie.

You have a history of being untrustworthy and lying so your claims here should not hold much weight as proof can be found here:

The validity of a person's claims who is a convicted criminal and has prior of lying even to the police is questionable at best.

We got you certified in both The CompTIA Security+ and CompTIA CySA+ with a pass on both exams first time.

You completed your CySA+ exam on the 7th October and we then proceeded to start the recruitment process with you, whilst you was meant to be finishing your practical projects.

You contacted us a few days back (late at night on 12th November) although we was in the processes of rewriting your CV (which you knew), before moving onto your LinkedIn profile and running through interview prep when you told us you was going to stop paying us the money you owed us because you did not have a job in the industry already.

You cannot expect to complete the exams and walk directly into a job within a couple of weeks.

You also told us you would pay us the rest of the money you owe us when we get you a job, unfortunately we will not be providing any further services to you until you pay the balance that you owe. We are not here to provide free services to anyone who refuses to pay.

The only scam here has been done by you, you have used our services, passed the exams and then decided not to pay us because we did not instantly place you into a role.

It does not work like that, we never tell anyone they instantly get a job. It is a process and a process takes time, before putting anyone forward to roles we need to make sure the person's CV and LinkedIn profile are up to date and that they have had the right preparation for interviews.

Common sense would tell you (as well as you being informed long before the start of the recruitment process) if you completed the exams on the 7th October 2024 that it would take a few weeks to do such things as, consult with you in regards to locations of roles, salary expectations/needs, type of role you are looking for etc. As well as write you a new CV, do your LinkedIn profile, go through interview prep with you and wait for you to finish your practical projects with the tutor. This all needs to be done before referring you over to roles.

May we also add trying to get a person with a criminal record, one that you did not disclose to us, a job in cyber security is going to be a difficult task also.

The only reason you are writing this review is because we have said we will seek other routes to obtain the money you owe us.

Also, the only reason you refused to pay further is not because we did not deliver on what we promised (we got your certified by passing two CompTIA exams and was dealing with the job placement with you) but because you simply wanted to stop paying us once you had studied all the course material and sat and passed the exams.
