All good until you have an issue after installation. I have a faulty panel. Ive been contacting Cozy all year. They said 8 months ago they would claim under warranty , despite many calls and unanswered emails no resolution. Please help and resolve Cozy

Very happy with my work recently, was there on time and made my experience so laid back and worry free. Very professional, would recommend as a 5* company! The process was so easy, renewables are the future!! Thankyou all involved.

Made appointment,rang up day before just to see if appointment was still booked,was told yes one o'clock plumber will b there,guess what no plumber rang up hour later was told he should b there will ring back in 5 minutes,guess what no phone call rang again was told wrong person she had no clue and that she would pass my message on,guess what still no reply,would not recommend these people 2 my worst enemy absolute crap

Cozy Energy fitted our heat pump.
They came out to quote promptly and organised the Boiler Upgrade Scheme grant. The installation was completed in the tight time frame we had before tenants moved in and the heating system worked well from day 1.

Cosy Energy offered me the most affordable solution.

When I reached out about a heat pump to several companies they came back to me the next day where copetitors took weeks to have a consultation.

Once the paper work and deposit was paid they quickly booked me in for installation and completed the works in 2 days.

There was 1 minor teething problem that they were able to quickly fix within a day of me contacting them about it.

Marvellous stuff! I would highly reccommend.

I have posted stinking reviews of Cozy in the last two years. Yes they are still hard to get hold of, but contact by email reduces delays to maybe 48 hours.
I have had 2 visits from nice guys to fix my system and (fingers crossed) it is now working as intended.
Communication via email had been very good, customer service of the office has massively improved, the on site fitters are super polite and seem very knowledgeable
So yes I changed my stinking 2 star for a 4 star as a sign of the (quite huge) improvements made in communication and general customer service.
It's great that a company is able to respond to criticism in a constructive and grown up way, well done Cozy.

Leaks and problems. Going legal. Suggest you avoid.

Cozy installed a large domestic solar system (21 panels with optimisers, 2 batteries, and iboost for water, inverter). It was a decent price and in some senses the system works well. However, we have had three main issues.

1) We had serious leaks through ceilings within days. They came back to try to fix them, acknowledged responsibility (including for making good the damage). However, since then the leaks have continued and they have neither addressed that nor the damage caused (e.g. redecoration costs). Some c. 2.5 years, despite repeated complaints, they have yet to address this.

2) The system was not properly setup - we were not given access to the invert/app, and only after c. 2.5 years of complaining did they supply the password and username so that we could control the two batteries. This has had a negative financial impact for us: we’ve not been able to (force) charge the batteries when electricity is cheap, nor have we been able to switch to battery only use when charges are high and/or when our supplier rewards us for not using electricity from the grid. They have not apologised or offered any compensation.

3) Cozy’s communications have been poor, either not responding to emails at all or only after very significant delays and/or chasers.

In light of the above, since I have been unable to get anywhere with them, I am now preparing legal proceedings.

I found them helpful from the initial visit and installation.
They installed without mess and were constantly helpful. They did not leave until I was totally happy and have since called to ensure all is well.
I have already recommended then to my neighbour

I had a sales representative on site, was given several reassurances that they will be able to fit a heat pump and get the grant, I explained the situation and again I was reassured ut will be sorted.
Over a month has passed, I want my deposit back and they are not returning the deposit.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!

I am extremely disappointed with the service I have received from Cozy Energy. I had solar panels installed by them in October 2021, and when I wanted to change my energy supplier in October 2024, I discovered that Cozy Energy had not applied the DNO letter for me. I was told via email on December 11, 2024, that the application had been approved and that the commissioning would be sent to me, but I have yet to receive anything. Despite sending multiple emails and making phone calls, I have not received any responses or callbacks.

When I called, I was informed that the staff member responsible for my case was on long-term sick leave. While I understand that personal situations can arise, it is beyond frustrating that no one else was available to step in and address my issues in their absence. This lack of backup and support is unacceptable.

Additionally, after the inverter upgrade, I was instructed by the software company to reset the charge/discharge times, but was advised to contact the installation company for assistance. Once again, no one from Cozy Energy has responded to my requests for help.

Everything seems to be at a standstill, and I am left without resolution or any form of customer support. This lack of communication and follow-through is completely unacceptable.

Great service. Staff were excellent from start to finish. The technical team phoned me prior to installation to go through everything regarding my kit to make sure I was going to happy. I got phone calls throughout the installation from the office staff to make sure I was happy. Paperwork came when it should. Would definitely recommend.

I had a bit of hesitation when I check on Google review and I book a consultation with them. The owner of the business came and explained everything to me and he said the number of review does not reflect on the number of work and for him to still stay in business he would have done hundreds of job and also consumer are quick to give a negative review. Anyways long story short I was really please with the installation and all my paperwork and certificates came on time . Sean was very patient with me even though I keep asking hundreds of questions and at the end he said give me a good review and I told him I will after at least a month which I think is fair. I will definitely recommend them . The pricing is very affordable and they don’t do no pushy sales .

We have had an exceptional service from Wayne, Lee and the team. We ordered both solar and a heat pump from Cozy. We were offered a great price and all of the hassle with the paperwork applying for the heat pump grant and application to send excess energy back to the national grid was taken care of by the lovely, helpful team in the office. Installation was booked over 2 days and it was seamless. Scaffolding went up 2 days before, day one, 7 - yes 7 tradesmen arrived and worked as the perfect team. The were professional, polite and just got on with the job. Solar, inverter and batteries we installed and up and running on day 1. Day two 2 plumbers came back and plumbed in the water tank for the heat pump. I was amazed that on day 2 the scaffolders were back and took down the scaffolding.

The solar and heat pump system has only been in a week and I'm so impressed already how much energy the solar is producing and the heat pump is already keeping the house heated at a constant warmth. We can't recommend cozy energy highly enough.

Excellent service from Cozyenergy. Just had the pump installed with the whole heating system it is the best thing I have ever done. Lee kept us informed throughout, nothing was too much trouble, we had the same experience with the guys who installed it, efficient, fast, accommodating, couldn't have asked for a better experience. We would highly recommend them.

5 months ago we decided to install a heat pump. I wrote to many companies, but the one that was the most responsive and fastest was Cozy Energy. And I want to say that I am very satisfied with the quality and timely work. I highly recommend them.

Great people, great service. Sean and Lee certainly know their jobs. I would have spent a lot more money but they told me I didn't need to to get the same result. That's what I call service. I now have 1800w on my barge and can go off grid any time. Thanks guys

Had solar panels and battery storage fitted by cozy energy. It took over 8 months to get any paperwork from them which means I was unable to register for export. They told be there was a backlog due to demand, but it turned out they had been suspended from their accreditation body so could not issue certification. As for the work, the team worked hard on the day of installation, but the work was sub standard and the electrical certificate was not correct either. They have had to send another company reattend twice on their behalf to make the best of a bad job.
Had I known now when I was looking to have it installed, I would’ve picked a different company
