From the moment we contacted the Crash Care Centre they supported us with dealing with the insurance company and navigating the repairs. They ordered parts, then booked in the car and also provided a courtesy car.
When we collected the car it was returned with all the works completed beautifully.
The car had also been given a good valet.
We would have no hesitation in recommending. Outstanding service!

I had to take my car in for a bumper replacement and tail light cover replacement. They were fast in their assessment, which worked well for my busy schedule. We arranged for a courtesy car directly as the insurance company didn't have a clue. The team were friendly and courteous. They explained everything that would happen and confirmed that I'd be getting original manufacturer parts so that the colour would match.
They had quoted that my car could take up to 3 days but they completed the repair in 1 day and I had my own car back with me the next day. The repairs were done well, it looked as if it was from the factory. The joins were aligned and the colour matched. I have an awkward midnight blue that looks black but shines a deep blue in daylight. As the colour matched, I am certain it's an authentic part. No issues with my car.

Took my car there following an accident at the end of 2022. Very pleased with the level of work carried out. Great service and communication throughout. Would highly recommend.

Insurer arranged for Car Repair Network to deal with damage to my car. These were the people the job was farmed out to. Took them a week to actually collect the car. Then apparently the assessment wasn’t done. Then it was. Then it was someone else’s fault. Truth is they shut down over Xmas. So nearly a two week delay. Then they ordered the parts. At no point did they respond to messages on the app they sent me. At no point did they keep me updated. I kept calling to see what was going on. Then told car would be ready 12th Jan. oops then found out they actually hadn’t realised it needed a floor pan! Delay with that. So called them after 2 weeks. I! Called! Them! Oh they said it’s ready… worst service ever. So next day went to collect it. It was covered in something. No idea what. Tree sap. Building materials. Took the car just because I was sick and tired of the non existent service. Can’t get whatever it is on the car off. Made a complaint to insurer. Not at all happy. Do NOT take or allow your car to be sent to these people in Hitchin!
