Firstly this is a Chinese company who do not charge in GBP but instead they charge in local currency so not only expect a poor exchange rate but also foreign exchange currency fee. This makes for a very expensive purchase and more than you were likely planning to pay.
Then I received the wrong product which was a Chinese branded product and nothing like what I ordered. When I contacted the company they said it was a warehouse issue they would look into. After further emails and requesting photos of what they sent I was eventually offered a 20% refund and instructed to keep the product they sent with no offer of sending the correct item. I have sent further messages requesting either they send me the correct item or refund me my total costs. They have not responded.
I have now contacted my credit card company as this is fraud for charging me for one thing and sending a vastly inferior product, overcharging due to foreign currency costs and supplying counterfeit products owing to the offer of a partial refund rather than sending the correct item. Interestingly the item they sent does not seem to appear on their website so one can only conclude that the whole thing is a complete scam.
Please avoid using this company as whilst the website seems plausible, their operating practice is not.
