Been taking payments for years

After taken payments for years, unable to get into email account. Finally managed to get into account, went to log in to credit perfect to find a warning saying account inactive. So not being able to cancel and request a refund. U can not call them makes it really difficult to sort issue

Very bad company

Very bad company, I have no idea how they gained access to my bank details but they've stolen nearly £500 over last 2 years without me knowing and as I don't use Internet banking only found out by chance on bank statement..... Im livid, I came out of work as a teacher through ill health and relied on benefits and really struggled last couple years not knowing where £19.99 was going.
I'm going through the bank at mo to reclaim and may have to involve the police, I have NEVER requested their services, never used their services and certainly did NOT fill any forms or use Internet to put my visa details in.
Someone, somewhere is selling this company your details and they just start an illegal direct debit.
I will review further once I find out how the bank/police will deal with this.
I've used my brothers account to post this, I haven't use of Internet for myself, don't need it and never have

If I could give zero stars I would

If I could give zero stars I would. On arrival to the UK my partner started looking for a bank account as soon as he obtained one this "company" scam artists got in touch in spam mail. He assumed this is what you had to do to be able to get a bank account because they miss sell you this rubbish. He was asked to verify his bank details of his new account which he did believing they where connected. Let's fast forward 3 years and he has paid a whopping £979.51 to these people. I have only picked up on this after helping him with a finance application through his bank, I have then gone onto his email and seen these fraudsters are just sending junk mail to him constantly!! Stating they can help him obtain credit and help improve his credit score well if that's the case where are all these offers and why has he got next to no score because of never obtaining credit? Honestly be aware they take advantage of vulnerable people. At the time my partner didn't even speak English to understand this. I have now taken this up with his bank and I will fight them for a full refund. I will also be outing them on every social media account I can to stop people falling for the same trick. Absolutely shocking. All he did was open a link as well so it's takes a matter of minutes for them to do this. It has done nothing for him in 3 years so even if had legitimately done this which he didn't then you will be no further forward in your financial life so don't waste your money if your a genuine customer! Tiktok need to out these and im grateful I know a few influencers with over 1 million followers to get the word out and I really feel for people that don't have this platform to fight back. I will fight until I get every penny refunded trust me.

SCAM

Apparently signed up, when there is NO emails or anything. this is a scam company and have been taking £19.99 OUT OF MY ACCOUNT FOR OVER A YEAR. BEWARE OF THIS SCAM!!!

If it were possible to give zero stars

If it were possible to give zero stars, I would.
Was looking for a loan, so I entered my card details as part of the verification process. Next thing I know, Credit perfect has deducted £19.99 for a subscription service I didn’t even sign up for.

The vulnerable

I am writing this review on behalf of my disabled son who has a brain injury credit perfect have been taking money out of his account for exactly one yr he has not set this up it’s only that we have been into the bank today and we found out he is vulnerable and I understand that they prey on vulnerable people he is totally devastated beware they are scammers !!

This company have been taking £19.99 from my account for months now
I cannot understand how they got my bank details or how I got into a 14day free trial
I think they are scamming peoples information as I have never asked for a credit report or a loan

Awful company took over 3 payments of…

Awful company took over 3 payments of £19,99 three times now , with a fourth pending .Ive never signed up for anything please put the money back in my account ASAP

I have had 19.99 taken from my bank for…

I have had 19.99 taken from my bank for months. Once I realised I went online and cancelled my account but they are still taking money from my account. I've contacted them and here's the laugh they only have one account registered to me and its been closed so they won't have taken any money from them!!! I have supplied proof from my bank that they have taken money again and they still say they can't find anything!!
I never agreed to them taking this money and I expect a refund. The company are dishonest and liars and are trying to wriggle out of refunding the money they have taken illegally. Reading the reviews there seems to be a pattern here!!

Update
So I had a missed call from this lot and a voicemail advising they were sending me an email 3 hours later no email, no response to any of my emails!!!

Charging my card from an inactive account?!

Just discovered that they have been taking 19.99 out of my account without my knowledge. When I tried to log in it says that my account is my account is no longer active? So I don’t have an active account? Yet they are charging my card?!

This has been solved, I have been offered a refund, thanks for the speedy reply
