Please Don't fall for their nice talk. They are all scam. Jake Nagapan who contacted me 25/7/2025 for repairing my credit history but after 26 weeks which I paid everyweek & they haven't done any work, In my point of view, they aren' capable of doing any credit repaire they ll just take your money for nothing. Mid January one of the lady contacted me saying that, they ll refund the money after 26 weeks passed if they haven't got any resonable success for repaire anything. When I contacted after 26 weeks they are refusing to refund so I cancel my bulshit repairing plan. Just requesting please don't fall for their nice talk, they ll just take your money nothing else......

lies lies. $1500 for a service that after a phone call where they guarantee a clean credit score. $2,700 and they are still trying to take money from my account even after repeated requests to cancel my account!
Phone calls are always taken by third parties with attitude. Seriously dodge this mob!

Predatory company who will only make your situation worse. I explained on the phone that I don't want to proceed yet and won't pay until after the promised 3 day cooling off period ( which they tried to ask me to waive) and called back right away after a couple of searches revealed their shady practices and the fact they lied about what they are actually offering and I could get anything they can actually offer for free. I cancelled before even an hour and they are still charging me and I now have more financial pressure and the stress of getting the transactions disputed and reporting the them to fair trading

Avoid this company, they are to be procecuted by ACCC and ASIC. I got in touch with the lender, set up small payment plan and explain my financial hardship. They removed the default upfront and I followed a payment plan.

Scam artists, do not deal with this company. The said i had 3 day grace period i read the review and decided to not continue with the service.Mark you I'm still in 3 day grace period so i send a text to the no that had called and sent me a text and decline to sign and take another step to email them to cancel and try calling the phone the supposed “case officer”…😭 it’s been switched off… i go ahead and emailed them to cancel no response from them.I decided to call the 133493 no …When they pick the phone they pretend they can't hear you and disconnect try again and the say they will get someone to call you back ..Absolutely disgusted, they claim to want to help you repair your credit yet they trap you into essentially gaining more debt even if you don’t want their services at all. Disgraceful.

Extremely Disappointed – Poor Service and Misleading Information
I signed up for a service with this company in May, but it has been a nightmare. I tried to cancel the service early on, but I was told it required a minimum of 26 weeks before I could do so. Fine, I agreed and specifically instructed them to cancel my service automatically at the end of the 26 weeks. They confirmed this would be done.
Fast forward to now—nearly 30 weeks later—and I’m still being charged! I only noticed recently, and this is unacceptable. Their lack of follow-through and accountability is infuriating.
How can a company that claims to help with financial matters have such poor internal management and communication? They are quick to take your money but fail to honor basic agreements.
I do not recommend this company to anyone. Stay away unless you want to deal with unnecessary stress, false promises, and terrible service.

Please pay attention to this company. This company says they will help you. In fact, they charge a fee. Then their customer service is very rude. they won't let you cancel, they will ask you to pay . They come to you every week. Please do not share your personal information with this company. They will do anything with your information.
If you generally pay this money, these things will never end.

I tried out the free trial, didn’t like it and canceled it way before the trial was up even canceled my account. They are still charging my card for random amounts. Had to get my bank to block them because they can’t “find my account”

Terrence was so rude on the phone after I told him I did not want to join because the online review are not good. He then told me that my credit score is not good either. Lack of proffessionalism

How can a company like this exist. I contacted them as I couldn't work out why my credit rating was low on 2 of the credit rating sites. They look at it and came back and said they could help me. It is over 6 months now & they have change nothing. I rang them earlier on as I was concern they were acting on problems from nearly 20 years ago with no success. The money is still be taken out, but I can't access the information on the site that they said I could. No contact from the company for months. I will be contacting ACCC

Credit Repair did its job. Unfortunately, I had to cancel the service because I moved to a state where they're not licensed. However, my improved credit score made moving a lot easier. When I signed up for Credit Repair a few years ago, my score was 563.
When I started looking for a new place to live this past week, my score was 804. I was able to choose exactly where I wanted to live and I moved in immediately after filling out the application in the leasing office. I paid first and last months' rent only without a security deposit and they even waived the application fee.
Life is much easier with good credit. If your credit is really bad, I would definitely recommend Credit Repair. They gave me a really good start.

CreditRepair.com is a complete scam. Do NOT use their site or pay for anything!
First, when you start services and make your first payment you won't actually be able to log in to their website. It doesn't matter if you try the forgot password feature, that won't work. All you can do is send an e-mail to their support team, but it will take them an entire WEEK to get back to you.
After you pay and then wait over a week to actually sign in to their site, you won't actually be able to use anything on the site. To start services, you have to complete a "credit repair game plan," but their site is so dysfunctional that you're not able to actually do that. You'll keep clicking "save" over and over again in a fruitless attempt to do something, but it won't ever work.
And of course don't count on their support, because it takes them over a week to respond back.
Literally the only thing on their website that works is the payment feature. They make sure they can take your money, but literally nothing else on their site works. And of course you can't cancel online. You have to call their customer service line, which is only open during business hours.
Then the actual "credit repair" services they do offer are simply sending letters to creditors asking for proof of the debt, and if no proof is available to remove it. This is something you can actually do on your own for free.
So, in summary, CreditRepair.com is a total scam and fraud of a website. DO NOT PAY THEM ANY MONEY. You might as well just set your money on fire.
