Lewin Park

As first time buyers Graham and Nikki have made the process so far stress free. We have absolutely fallen in love with the property and can’t wait to make it our home! Graham and Nikki have always been present to answer any questions from ourselves as-well as both our families that have come along for support. The communication has been fantastic. We feel very looked after!

Daisy’s brilliant Service

I had a very positive experience with Daisy at Henley. From the first interaction, she was professional, approachable, and highly knowledgeable about the development. She took the time to clearly explain all aspects and was always patient when answering questions. Daisy paid great attention to detail. She made me feel extremely comfortable and no pressure in making decisions.
Daisy’s customer service and commitment made my experience stress free. I would highly recommend Daisy to anyone who’s looking to buy a property within this development.

Fantastic Customer Experience

Michael was welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. He really cared about making sure our buying experience was enjoyable and smooth. The Location @ Campbell Wharf is best in MK.

Awful experience

Our experience living here has been extremely disappointing and, frankly, unacceptable. We are now 18 months into living in this property, and serious quality and safety issues in the home remain unresolved despite repeatedly reporting them and multiple failed attempts to fix them. This ongoing situation has caused us considerable stress and frustration, and it is clear that the issues have not been properly addressed.

Communication and aftercare have also been very poor, with little progress or meaningful resolution despite numerous follow-ups.

We have also recently discovered that a significant number of the newly sold apartments are designated as council housing, which was not made clear upfront and has raised serious concerns for us about the future management of the estate and the community environment.

Based on our experience, we would strongly warn others to think carefully before purchasing or moving into this estate. We would not recommend it.

not a good company

with our buying process it has been quite difficult. lack of comunication mainly. we have been in the process for a year and were not even finished our reservation becuase of people now getting back fo us for months. i wouldnt of really minded but theres been no accountability for it or compensation. staff are just rude and dont speak to us in a nice manner and has made me not even want the house to be completely honest.

Been shown to the actual site and look at a build property. The team at sale office been informative about price and future upcoming plots.
Crest Nicholson is really popular in Bristol site and sold out quick. Been informed more than once about need to make decision quickly but no pressure. (no pressure anyways but okay). Feel like selling a house rather than selling a home.

It depends on the sales team i guess, as I had a lovely experience a couple of years ago in Bishop Waltham site. :)
