Most people often complain about customer service and seldom stop to compliment the efforts given on there behalf. In this instance, I would like to provide some unsolicited insight on how Wendy at CPS/Alarm.com conducts business.

Wendy did not make me feel rushed. She spoke with me at length, 45 minutes, and ensured that all concerns raised were properly addressed. Wendy is kind, professional, and exercises a great deal of patience. It was a pleasure interacting with her.

She deserves special recognition for the way she does business. Wendy rocks! She has earned my deepest appreciation.

We have used CPS for multiple businesses from restaurants to caravan and lodge parks over the last 7 years. The service has always been first class. Ranging from CCTV, Electric gates, Fire alarms and Security alarm. The one occasion we did have a break in they were extremely helpful on the phone and the intruder was then caught because of the speed of CPS. Outstanding, professional business.

A family firm which professionally installed a wire-free alarm system in my home. They completed the task efficiently and, much to my wife's delight, with no mess whatsoever. After an explanation of the relatively simple procedures they left the premises. I have since required some minor guidance with an IPhone app update which they readily provided. I can thoroughly recommend this company.

As always carried out very professionally. We had new high level smoke sensors installed and it all went seamlessly.
All RAMS and staff qualifications arrive in plenty of time so I had a chance to review before the actual work started.

The installation was very slick and well handled. The engineers who attended where fantastic to deal with, they had a really good understand of their products and how they were to be implemented for our project.

We initially had an issue with the system, but this gave CPS the opportunity to demonstrate their commitment to their product. The blip was dealt with extremely well and left us feeling that we had definitely selected the right supplier.

Having used CPS for both business premises as well as residential, i can not rate them highly enough. From the office staff to the technicians on the ground - nothing is too much trouble and have always been able to come up with solutions for our needs. A great company and team to work with!

We have been aware of CPS for many years driving past the prominent headquarters alongside the A55 for many years, I have now started the migration of all our security requirements to CPS and the service has been first class, with a team who have a cando attitude. I highly recommend CPS to anyone looking for commercial or domestic security systems.

Crime Prevention Services is an excellent family run company. We have leased their security/ fire systems for both a small unit in Kinmel Bay for 4 and a half years and now have upgraded to a larger system for our Mold based unit. We are very pleased with everything. Their CCTV, Intruder Alarm and Fire Systems are all monitored, very easy to use and we have had chance to test them out on a few occasions when there were a few issues. The call center service works great and we can rest assured that our security is in good hands with this excellent professional security company. The Crime Prevention engineers are scheduled to service the system every 6 months and the staff are always friendly and efficient. Great job guys! I'd like to say a special thanks to Dan Farrell for taking the time to assess our needs and for the personal touch, a nice guy and a true professional in every way. 5 Stars to Crime Prevention Services.
