Well unfortunately I had to give them 1 star! NEVER comsider purchasing a Shared ownership property from these people. If you are buying off plan - the details they give you will be HIGHLY DECEPTIVE! In fact when you actually get to view the property they will be NOTHING like them! They will pressurise you into paying a holding fee! Then when you decide not to go ahead they will " try to give you considerably less than you paid! If they had not been " DECEPTIVE " I would NEVER have considered the property! It is illegal to get money under false pretences! My money in FULL!

My son was nearly late from his GCSE Exam last week because he couldn't get his bike out as the code of the locks were changed without notifying the residents(for the bin room also). I was outside but luckily I was checking my phone which I normally didn't do at that time, and saw his urgent crying out for help message. I then stopped everything that I was doing, rushed back for him, but still we were so close to missing it and it's pure luck that he could make it. The email notifying the change arrived 3 days later.

We have suffered with unnecessary damp and mould for 2 to 3 years my partner and son have asthma and it took 3 years for a roofer to check the roof to find the issue which was lack of workimg air vent tiles , our bed , clothes , settee and clothes even after washing stink of damp and must but because we can't take a picture of a smell which no one can we got offered 250pound good will gesture lmao cross keys homes you should be ashamed of yourselfs happy to take thousands a year in rent off us while we had this ongoing problem having to go to bed gagging with smell , needless to say we rejected this insult of an offer , they are gonna have a queue of cases waiting for ombudsman lasting years rather than replace what they ruined

Terrible

Perfect — here’s a version tailored specifically for a review site. It keeps the emotional core
I've been a Cross Keys tenant for nearly 8 years. For the first 6, everything was fine — until a neighbor became obsessed with my family. Since then, he has smashed up my car, damaged three other family members’ cars, and even vandalized a relative’s house. All of this was caught on camera. Still, Cross Keys claims they “can’t” do anything.

This same person has stalked and harassed us, made false reports to the police, schools, and insurance companies, and racially abused me and my children. And yet, the response from Cross Keys has been dismissive at best.

Shockingly, their advice wasn’t to deal with the perpetrator — it was to consider moving. One staff member even said, “If he’s really that much of a problem, maybe you should move, because by staying, you’re obviously not that bothered.”

We’re not the only ones — at least two other families are going through the same thing.

What’s most disappointing is seeing how Cross Keys has changed. They no longer seem interested in protecting their tenants — only in avoiding responsibility. We expected support. We got silence, deflection, and an open door for abuse to continue.

We were initially informed that the…

We were initially informed that the house would be ready for occupancy in April, and it is now November, with no house in sight.

What is most disheartening is the complete lack of transparent updates from your team. We have repeatedly received promised completion dates, only to have them delayed at the last minute to the following month. This continuous cycle of setting expectations and then failing to meet them is unacceptable and has caused us significant inconvenience and stress.

We entrusted Cross Keys with one of the most important investments of our lives, and we feel let down by the lack of communication and professionalism in this process.

They gave me another email and after 2 weeks still waiting for a reply.
