I explained in another review and the multiple emails that have gone unanswered. You sent me incorrect items and didn't send items listed as sent (a month after they were ordered), and you haven't responded or acknowledged my messages seeking a resolution for this. Will be filing a chargeback and contacting attorney general soon.

I purchased three items under the promotion “buy 3, get 1 free,” but the free item was not included in my shipment. I emailed customer service on August 27 regarding this issue, but my message has been ignored. If the free item is not going to be shipped, then there was no reason for me to buy three items in the first place. Please reply to me immediately.

Great selection and discounted prices. Wish inventory was correct one item ordered was not available even though the system let me order. Understand since they just went thru a move recently. Love the fact I was able to text to receive information quickly.

Would not recommend the Mystery Bag at all. I ordered a Spring/Summer one and it had a Christmas dress with Santa, sweatpants, long sleeve shirt and leggings. Only 2 items for warm weather. The accessories are nothing you can wear. It was paper, pencils and stickers. I understand the risk of not getting to pick the items you receive and have done mystery bags with other companies, but to not even fit the season is where I take issue. They did let me return the Santa dress, but it was delivered back to them 3 weeks ago and they still have not sent a replacement item. I would not shop with this company again.

They just sent me a notice to return an item I really wanted to buy without any prior notice to me. So when I asked them why, they didn't even respond, which was so absurd.
