Decided on a cruise for my friend and my 60th birthday .sent information to cruise .co.uk and immediately Paul McManus was on the case . He was absolutely amazing with information about the cruise ,hotels and anything we basically asked for. Took him a lot of work to organise 6 adults from 3 different airports but nothing was to much bother . Answering our questions really quick . Would definitely recommend Paul ,he goes above and beyond with personal recommendations which was really helpful for us all as never been to Asia before. Thank you Paul and wouldn’t hesitate getting intouch with any other holidays we see ,an asset to the company.

Bridgett was very helpful & patient when being asked lots of questions. She understood my needs & advised me accordingly.

Very helpful and knowledgeable. I have had very good service over the last couple of days to sort a cruise for 3 people. We have had change of minds and numbers but Bridgett delt with it all. She showed lots of common sense and a good sense of humour with it all. Would definitely recommend and use again

Had an issue with clarification of
Po cruises being advised of a nut allergy and recording it. Also confirmation that request to change dinner option from 2nd to first sitting had been recorded and we were on a wait list. Anne mari clarified the situation quickly so we have proof that PO have been notified

I booked a great deal with Bridgett B and she was brilliant. I had problems paying but she empathised with my position hanging on for a good 15 minutes whilst I sorted out the position with my bank. She also managed to set up 3 payments rather than one which helped my cash flow no end. What fantastic service from Bridgett, genuinely, superb! She really went the extra mile.

It was our first cruise booking and Paul made it incredibly easy for us. Explained everything very clearly and the price was more competitive than other providers and the cruise line themselves.

Appalling customer service or rather lack of it. Once they have your money they are not interested. £10k cruise booked little to no communication and when you speak to the customer support team to try to resolve you just get passed around. Cant speak to a manager but they may call you back in 72 hours when I asked for a call back I was told I could email customer relations team instead to open a complaint- 3 attempts to contact and resolve this issue still no joy! Avoid this company at all costs!

I hate travel agents - ysually they know nothing and are just there for the hard sell. Lily responded to an online query and was able to immediately tailor my cruise to my demanding needs. I have taken over 50 cruises but have not so far found an agent that was as helpful and quick! She responded to all my queries and even forwarded me the cabins available so I could choose. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending cruise.co.uk if all their agents were as efficient and courteous as Lily.

Tom was very friendly and extremely professional. He listened carefully to what we asked him and promised to find out the answers and get back to us quickly -which he did almost immediately.
