The worse in customer service, time keeping, communication, charges etc. Stay away!!!!!

Terrible bank, 20 years behind with technology compared to banks like Revolut. They charge you for sending money between your Csas accounts, you cant close account via phone/ app. Save your time and money and open an account elsewhere. 👎

The bank employees at the agency are poorly informed and do not know how to communicate in English. On two occasions, the same bank employee made a mistake, both with the insurance for my apartment and with the insurance for my dog. The first time she put the wrong address, so I am the entire year without a insurance I paid for, and the second time, even though I had paid for the insurance for my dog, the insurance was not processed. I was informed of the mistake months later. I think this has been my worst experience with a bank.

A very confusing description of insurance products, which make them difficult to compare. I actually think its done that way by design, so that you then contact one of their advisors who then explains to you how much you need the most expensive one :-( But myself Im much more of a do-it-yourself person, so it'd be nice if they realised that the times when we could not google and rank ourself are long over, so they just make it more difficult and annoy their potential customers.
